I put this together by myself the other morning.The bookcase is sturdy and well made, labeled very clearly, and the hardware was arranged in small packets according to direction's steps. Take your time. The only beef I had was with the locking pin and lock devices. You drop a circular lock into a hole and its corresponding bolt is tapped into its hole. HOwever, sometimes they dont jibe, because the lock's holes are drilled too deeply. I would highly recommend after step three to tap in the bolt, put the pieces in contact, and THEN insert the locking hoobyjiggy thingamabob. This way, you can turn it and make it surround the bolt instead of blindly trying to put the bolt into the lock. Other than that, it's great. Enjoy see less

I bought the black my husband put all 3 pieces together in a couple hours. and he love it all. Great prices. The directions were clear and it took about a half an hour for me to put it together. It was packed well, so no damage. It was a cheap piece of furniture, so I think it is about worth what was paid. I wasn't looking for a shelf to last through time, just through childhood. I didn't expect hardwood. It is sturdy enough to hold books. Its biggest fault? On the carpet, it doesn't stand flat once books are loaded. It kinda sways forward so there is a bigger gap on the top then the bottom near the wall. I put a wall anchor in. Comes with one. and I feel better about it, but it still leans forward. I think my next step would be to put a little wedge of wood under the front of it. I dunno. I think if given the chance to repurchase, I would spend a little more to get a more stable one. see less

The quality is good- the only thing we encountered was having to adjust the legs a few times when assembling them to keep them from wobbling, but once finished they were sturdy. As others have mentioned the legs are in the seat bottom. I would definitely recommend these chairs. The size is perfect. I wish I could upload a picture of how cute this chair is in the room that I am redoing! The print is even more irresistible that it looks online! It looks way more expensive than what I paid for it! As for the comfort, it's a slipper chair, not a club chair. It is not meant to be a lounge chair to kick back and watch tv in on a daily basis. Slipper chairs are simply not meant for this purpose, as is the reason that they are armless. The chair is fairly small, maybe even smaller than it appears in the picture. When I have extra guests over, it's the perfect addition to pull it in with the rest of my seating. I also can't complain about the quality. Do I think it will last for the next 20 years? No, but I'll be ready to redo by then. I do think it will serve me well for the next 5-10 years, which is really all I care about. I'm tired of paying a lot for a chair that I will only deliver to [...] before 10 years are up. Overall, I'm very satisfied! see less

The chair is adorable. The assembly was easy - after I found the legs - insert happy face. The legs are shipped in the seat bottom with the bottom lining closed with velcro. After reading the reviews on the legs getting loose, I assembled the legs by adding shims between the leg and the leg brace to make sure that there was no room for movement to make the legs eventually wobble. I haven't had the chair long enough to test that theory. see less

The only thing I would say is the the background color is not white.. it is more a light tan Some reviewers had said they were too low to the ground ...I did not feel that they were. This chair is generously sized for a slipper chair and though it's not a super snuggly seat it's comfortable enough for guests. I was afraid that the blues would be too muted to be noticed but they are a tad stronger than they appear to be online - so the blues and greens are prefectly matched in intensity in real life. Super easy for this 68 year old to put together. Only problem turned out to be that the seat was too long to put where I had originally planned, but I found a place just as convenient if not better. I love it so much that I ordered two more chairs with the matching ottoman in the multi-colored leaves for my living room. Got the slipper chair today and the colors are perfect. Not quite what is shown, but perfect with a light tan background and with predominately dark olive green, darker brown leaves and stems, and a few orange and gold leaves sprinkled in. Before buying this table I read the reviews and quite frankly was impressed for a folding table that was not expensive. Received mine today and it is better than I expected. After opening up the table which was pretty simple, it was stable and secure. Like the metal legs, the soft vinyl top and it was easy to fold away. Need the table for extra guests for dinners and look forward to using it. I also like the idea of delivery which was really fast. Where are you guys coming up with yellow? It clearly says "citron and grey" and citron is a greenish color. Its not green green, maybe green with a touch of yellow, but definitely more green than yellow. Its really a beautiful color. I am pleased with the chairs and was not disappointed by the color. I feel I got what was advertised "citron and grey" chairs. Only complaint I have is they are a little stiff and not too comfortable, however, since I bought them more for decoration than for daily use....... I think they are just fine. see less

I purchased two of these chairs for my home office. The pattern is bold and consist of tangerine orange and cream. This pattern/color is similar to Thomas Paul's Aviary fabric. The chairs appear to be great quality and look a lot more expensive than they actually cost. The seat portion is a little lower than I had hoped but not enough to send them back. They are very comfortable and plush and the assembly was a snap - I had them both put together in about 20 minutes. I would definitely recommend these chairs! see less

I actually enjoyed assembling it, too, with the way all the hardware was organized in little sections by steps. It's a great book shelf but I use it mostly for decor - in the living room it just filled up a stupid empty corner where nothing else would go. Highly recommend. I was a bit hesitant once I saw one star of a previous review but after I read it I realized I need to still buy one and rehabilitate its reputation. My package wasn't damaged and it was really heavy, which is good, because a piece of furniture like that, you want it stable and reliable. I enjoyed assembling it, too, because everything was such a good quality and all the hardware was packed in sections for part 1, 2 and so on of assembly. We had a corner in our living room that asked for something and this shelf just clicked in there. So ready to put some decor and books in it and it's ready to roll. I also appreciate that it has legs, because it's easier to run the wires behind it. It had a little scratch - paint off - on the top trim, but I decided it's not worth the hassle of return, nothing a little black sharpie couldn't fix. see less

I could have dealt with it if it was a crack in a shelf but it was the entire side/support. The corner was busted off and it had atleast 3 cracks in the middle of the wood. My husband and I have been checking online for this chair to return to stock and when it finally did, we ordered it right away. The chair is very stylish and modern and it looks great. I agree with other reviews that it isn't a comfortable chair so, if you're looking for comfort, steer clear of this one. It also sits lower than I had expected, but at the same height as our couch so, it doesn't look unusually low. There is also a weird velcro flap that covers that back side of the chair-the spare parts and screws were hidden inside it. Overall, we are very satisfied with this product! see less

The insides of this chair look like they were made out of old shipping pallet scraps that were pieced together. But on the outside, it's very nice and I'm happy with it. Since the dimensions aren't given in the product description, [...]. I'm usually good at putting furniture together, but I gave up on this after an hour and called my boyfriend to help. The legs were easy to attach, but attaching the seat to the back seemed impossible. I could see where the screw holes lined up, but the screws wouldn't grab onto the threads of the back -- seemed like the screws were just a bit too short. Ultimately, the trick was for me to push down on the seat while my boyfriend screwed in the screws. The seat is way too deep for my leg-length -- I'm 5' 5" -- so I'd definitely consider this more of a decorative accent chair rather than something I'd sit in for hours to read a book or whatever. But, overall, it has a nice look and I like it. see less

I just received my two dolce chairs and am very happy with them. They shipped extremely quickly, arrived in great condition, and took minutes to assemble. As an FYI, the legs to my chairs were hidden in the velcro-attached bottom of the chair--great idea if you ask me! The chairs are not incredibly comfortable, but they are certainly not uncomfortable and very stylish, especially for the price point. The pair is going to be perfect for a less-frequently used room. They feel structurally sound and the material is attached well. I can see how other reviewers thought the color was more taupe than grey, but I would call it a "warm grey"--it coordinates in my sunny, grey and yellow living room perfectly. I've been looking online at this pouf for several weeks at least. I finally went to check it out as a footstool for our glider in our baby room. I had found other poufs for over [$] online and at home decor stores. This pouf is great. It does look better in person without the sheen that it appears to have in the online photo. The material is a bit rough, rather like thick twine but it's just for my feet and maybe for my husband to sit on in the baby room. . For the price, it's an excellent pouf. The inside does seem to be filled with perhaps marble sized styrofoam so I'm not sure about how great it is for the environment. see less
