This is a very AWESOME GAME! sorry to those that it doesn't work. This game requires a 2008 Windows computer and up. TnL, or in other words a 3-D hardware is required. I have a 2008 or 2007 computer, not sure which one, but it works great! see less

'Star Wars Empire at War' (EAW) is a great strategy game similar to 'Halo Wars', but nowhere near as dull. It installs completely error free on both Window XP & Windows 7, athough I have heard of problems with Windows Vista (you have to be willing to go to some extra trouble, but it will work). I apologize if my review seems a bit scatter-brained. 1st: EmpireAtWarIt has the original Empire at War & the expansion. In EAW, there are four modes: campaign, conquest, skirmish and online multiplayer. In skirmish mode, you fight a land or space battle on one of the many 'maps' available. You have buildings/spacestations that you command to build units that can be brought in via a reinforcement point. All units have unique abilities, uses, strengths, and weaknesses. The goal of skirmish mode is to destroy the enemy base/spacestation. The campaign mode has 2 story lines: in one you or in command of the Galactic Empire & the in the other you are the leader of the Rebelion. In each story mode, you are assigned certain tasks, which, especially near the end, follow the plot of the StarWars Saga, but you are still free to do your own thing. It is still fairly similar to the conquest mode. In conquest, you select from several different systems of planets, & the max # of days in which to conquer each planet. Online mulitplayer can be either Conquest or Skirmish except you are playing against a real person instead of an AI. However, the game is older so there may be fewer people playing (I don't know, I've never played it).Part 2: Forces of Corruption(FOC)FOC introduces a brand new faction & with it, its own storyline: The Zann Consortium (ZC) headed by Tyber ZannFOc introduces new units for the Empire & Rebellion & ZC comes with its own unique set of units. The ZC faction is like the mafia. The Zc conquers planets like the Empire & Rebellion, but also gain power through extortion, bribery, intimdation, & other forms of corruption. The story line revolves around Tyber Zann's return to power after escaping from the prison his former ally, Jabba the Hut put him in. Why did he imprison him? Tyber stole from Jabba a very valuable artifact which later turns out to be very powerful.MORE!You can make you own maps (do a Google search for EAW Terrain Editor by Petroglyph) which is FREE :) & you can make your own STORYLINE! which is not...free :( see less

The game itself is great. I am sorry people had technical problems listed above and I appreciate the warning to others to get the right format. However, I for one really like the game itself. It has an interesting mix of both space and ground combat. see less

Ok hello everyone i just want to say this game/s are amazing! Star wars knights of the old republic is one of the best rpg games made it is very fun and great for a child to play. Star wars republic comando is a dark game with intense storylines and great graphics. Star wars battlefront it a old fun and crazy game the online gameplay is great and really shows you the battles of the star wars movie saga. Then there is star wars jedi knight 2 jedi outcast. A very long game the duels are not as great in this game althoung the gameplay is decent and the storyline is pretty good. Star wars empire at war is a stragtic game with good graphics. Finally this amazing package comes with a 14 day trial of the popular online game called star wars galaxies it takes place in the 3 older films. Last but not least I strongly reccomend getting this game package. Some games are good for children others have some violence but nothing horid so get this game package play it enjoy it and have a blast I hope you enjoyed this review. see less

This is an excellent game and if it was selling for 90 bucks , I'd still buy it . Star Wars Republic Commando is the most console-like PC game ever and whil it isn't a must have , It is an excellent addition to a collection . Star Wars Jedi Outcast isn't all that great a game . It looks like a shooter but it playes like an RPG and it's just kinda weird . It's multiplayer ROCKS though . Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic is prehaps one of the best games , let alone Star Wars game , Ever . Its a turn based RPG that has an excellent storyline , deep characters , enviorments , and it'll leave you screaming for more . Star Wars Battlefront ROCKS and Empire at War will leave some raving and other unamused . This is a must have , for Star Wars fans and Video game fans . see less

[...] Bioshock developed by Irrational Games in Boston continues that legacy with one of the best most artistic first-person-shooters ever. The game takes place in the fallen underwater city of Rapture. The environment are dark and grim, the characters are complex and memorable and the story is possibly the best in a modern video game. Hey!Well, one thing i wanna get straight, is Nancy Drew is an amazing game series!I've played all the games, all but this one.I'm getting it soon, but i have watched walkthroughs(already out!) and its amazingly themed!If your not sure whether to get this or not, stop thinking about that and get it is my advice.Game 23 is by far my favorite, so look into 23 as well.Its Shadow at waters edge ;) see less

I bought the PC version since we played the Lego Star Wars Complete Saga on the PC. This is an excellent video game. The animation is high level during game play as well as the video clips. Really I'd give this game about 4.8 stars. Very minor things that were a pain to figure out. You have to buy a spaceship to fly to the bad guys base ship to find bad guy characters to buy. The game has little Yoda pop-ups telling you how to do a ton of other things but not this. Oh and Yoda keeps telling you that you need a Robonino guy, FYI go to the bad guy ship and buy the Magnaguard from Tatooine mission. Great & fun game for adult, for my 7 year old, I play alongside her and gave her some cheat codes so it's a little easier and fun. see less
