Just goes to show that I don't read directions. Thank goodness for the comments here about docking it so that it would actually work. I used it once when I bought it fall of last year, it was great. I dusted it off a week ago and it would not turn on. I have bought Aroma products over the years and have never been disappointed. Turned it on after following the directions and voila, heat! see less

I had dropped one part of the grill and then it won't work, thought that I had screwed it up. didn't use it for a couple of mos and just let it sit, was thinking of tossing it, when I decided to see if someone else had the same problem... read the one review that said the temp probe HAS to be lined up correctly.... I did that and it has been working great ever since... thanks for the help... see less

I got my grill after christmas, and I have used it alot! Ithas never let me down. It cleans up very easily, and it canbe stored pretty fast. I have made alot of the dishes thatSAM made on the dvd,& they turned out GREAT!!! You shoulddefinitely buy this. Every kitchen should have one!! see less
