I'm not sure if the cream depletes wrinkles that are already there, but I definitely see it prevents new ones! I have sensitive skin, so I chose to buy this eye cream for my extremely dry skin around my eyes. I put this on before I went to bed and when I checked out my eye area the next day I was so shocked. I couldn't believe it. I looked like I aged 50 years. This really made my skin SO softened down that it appeared saggy and loose! Disgusting. I really do not recommend this to anyone with truly sensitive skin. This is such a disappointment. If you are still tempted to buy this, then either ask a friend for a sample if they have it, or save your receipt. see less

However, the product was defective, the concealer inside the tube fell out of the tube the first time I opened it. It continued to be a problem. I took it to the nearest Target store. I was just introduced to Boots by one of the "representatives" one day at Target. I was skeptical, but I like the products I have used so far. Along with this "2 in 1", I use Boots Expert Anti-Blemish Cleanser, foamy stuff, which I also love. I have not used this product as a mask yet, rather, I just use it in the shower as a scrub. It's not too gritty, which I like, I don't feel like I'm scraping my face to bits. I see people complaining about it mostly because they used it as a mask...so, I may not do that. However, as an in-shower scrub it has provided me with an extra "boost", and does not leave my face oily or anything. see less

I found this product and started to use it with the combination of my prescription and the results were amazing. I took a chance after a freak breakout, looking for a new product to help whip my skin back into shape. I'm mid-30's with slightly sensitive skin. After the first night of use, my breakout was going down and less inflamed. The following day, my acne was less and seemed to be healing. My skin had cleared up within a week. This could be my skin clearing up anyway. However, I have been using this product for the past 2 months, and I have RARELY had even a tiny pimple. I use this mask about every other day, and I feel it has been instrumental in keeping my skin clear. It is not cheap, but I think the effectiveness of the product justifies the slighly higher price. I would rather pay more for something that works, than pay less for something that may not work quite as well - and that I may have to purchase more often. The mask, itself, spreads really easily and you don't need a lot- so it should last awhile. see less

This is a very great buy with its price and quality to offer. The texture is light and it really does the job to moisturize around the eyes. It is very comparable to some of the department brands I used, except the price is 3 folds cheaper. The only thing I will change about this cream is the bottle cap - It's in tin metal material. My concern is that it's not going to close tightly over times of use. I am worried about carrying it to trips and it might spill all over my luggage. I would give it a 5 star if it's in a nice little tube or a better container. Hopefully they will consider repackaging the bottle for a piece of mind of a frequent traveler. see less

I have been experimenting with different Boots products; No 7, Botanics and Expert. While I have been satisfied with most, but not all, I haven't had a "Wow" moment until I used this: Sensitive Gentle Smoothing Scrub. I don't know if it's the Aloe Vera or the Mineral Water or the smoothing beads, but the combination of ingredients softened the appearance of and took years off my face. I wasn't even expecting anything spectacular, but was analyzing the applicability of the product, how well it felt on my skin during use. Then an hour or so after use, I happened to walk by a mirror and glanced at my reflection and stopped dead in my tracks because of amazement. Pores and imperfections were minimized and I looked better than if I had makeup on. The results were that stunning.Now, this was my personal experience as a person critical of beauty products, and I will be looking to see if the results will repeat themselves, but I can tell you that if in doubt about which scrub to purchase, give this one a try. see less

I have not had great experience with salycilic acid as an acne remedy. So I was truly skeptical when I tried this. At such an inexpensive price, I thought I would give it a try. I got acne when I turned 25 and moved to a city where air pollutants run high. After adding a toner to my regimen, and following with this treatment, I am pleasantly surprised to find that the natural remedy has worked wonders! My skin is soft, acne free, and I've noticed that the first signs of wrinkles have been slightly diminished. I love Boot's! see less

It's extremely soft now and has lightened some of my dark spots. I am truly impressed by this porduct. It doesn't leave my skin oily or break it out & I love that it has an spf to it. This serum is pretty good. It leaves my skin kind of dewy which I like because it looks more natural. Most other face creams, both expensive and cheap, soak into my skin and then it feels kind of dry again. Not the case with the serum. It's not so great it you're wearing a liquid foundation on top without setting it with a powder because it fells like your makeup never fully dries, but it is good for mineral makeup. You absolutely cannot get any better than this! I'm so excited I found this product and the fact that it is so inexpensive makes it even better! I have oily skin and have been trying to find something, anything that will work to keep me from looking so shiny at the end of the day. This stuff works wonders. I use it before I put my monistat chafing gel primer and makeup on and it really does cut down on the amount of shine. There is still a little shine but it really looks more like a healthy glow so I can deal with it. If you've tried others without success I highly recommend this product. see less

I've used many mattefying products to tame my oily skin most recently being the Korres Mattefying treatment and primer which are amazing products but, total around 60.00 for both. This product works great at combating shine - especially in my t-zone, and I am definitely considered oily in the skin category and is a fraction of the price. I used this alone, on top of my moisturizer along with a drug store serum primer and didn't have the blot until late afternoon about 3 pm. I find it works best if given time to set before applying primer and make up I used powder foundation - 5 to 10 minutes works for me. see less
