I have multiple sclerosis and one of the "perps" of this is my bladder doesn't function correctly. These pads are the best and most effective of any I have used. Target's price is the best I have found, too. Hopefully, I will be able to order them whenever I need more. see less

This is a product you would never want to buy, but it is a product that is wonderful when you need it. I purchase these for my 87 year old mother with leakage problems. It saves her undergarments when she can't make it to the bathroom or when the urge comes on too quickly.Target has this product at a reasonable price, and I stock up when they run a sale or I have coupons that can be applied see less

These are very absorbent they can hold quite an amount! If necessary they contain #2 as well. They are very comfortable compared to other brands like Pull-Ups, GoodNites, in fact if they weren't so pricy I'd wear them instead of regular underwear. They are very quiet & not noticeable even with just shorts on. 10/10 Definately see less

These are the greatest things. I have had a "laughing bladder" for years and it was embarrassing to laugh, sneeze, cough, or dance because it would leak. Now I can do anything and not worry about it and no one knows you are wearing them, even in my tight fitting clothes. This product is fantastic. Once in awhile the seam on the side doesn't hold up, only had that happen 4 times in the last 6 months that I have been using them. Even when the seam starts to split, you can still wear it because it doesn't give all the way out. see less
