I bought one for myself, one for my older sister, and one for my mother. Great gift no matter your age. It was fun getting the pearl out of the shell, and is a beautiful necklace when done. Even my 12 year old nephew had fun helping my sister and my mother get their pearls out of the shell. Wonderful gift and can't beat the price. see less

I ordered this for my mother and knowing her, she'd hate it because she doesnt like seafood and would be grossed out that i got her a clam for Christmas, and what do you know, i was right. She didnt find it fun or funny, but i secretly know she loves it because i caught her putting the charm on a gold chain that she wears everyday. Overall, this is a really fun and different presant to get someone, shoot, i know id like one. & my mom got the health pearl which is the peach colored one :) see less

I was skeptical too for this price. I'm no pearl expert, but these pass my test. The ones that I received did have a small flaw in them, but it close to the back post and not noticeable when wearing them. The size is perfect. I do like the button shape and how it lays flatter against the ear. The earring back is a bit small, but stays on well. I got them to wear for my wedding and will definitely do so! see less

I love these earrings. They are a nice size and sit well on my ears. HOWEVER, after reading the other reviews I would caution against them unless you are willing to reinvest in another pair later. The back just broke on one of the studs but I like them so much I am re-ordering them today! I think I might order the black pair also. see less

I could not see any blemishes, but I have poor eyesight. One problem, one of the earrings was loose and the back was floating around in the box. Pearls are very fragile! Otherwise, a 5. These earrings are just the right size. They are not mini-earrings! This price & gold! Quality of the setting seems fine with me. I will keep them in the box. (The box was a plus, too!)There is no large cap on the back of the earring. They are very comfortable on. see less
