I have had the one at home for about 3 yrs and it has died so I am buying another one! It has worked great until it stopped freezing but I didn't really expect great longevity at this price knowing electronics today are really made to be disposable. It is great to ALWAYS have ice handy. Since it is not dependent on a water line, you can put it anywhere. I have one at my office too and it gets used ALOT! That one will be replaced if/when it dies! My only complaint....I wish the cubes were a touch smaller, kinda like Sonic ice! see less

We bought this icemaker about a month ago when it was on sale. I had read about portable icemakers and was worried about ice melting, but it hasn't been a problem. If it melts it just goes right back into the water reservoir and makes more. There are two of us and we use a lot of ice. This machine always keeps up. We keep it running 24 hours a day with no problems. Plus, it's very quiet. We were buying ice at 2 dollars a bag - and would run out at the worst times - but now it's always there. If it only lasts a year, it'll be worth it and I'll buy another one! Another thing I like about this machine, but some may not, is it makes "soft" ice. I like to chew my ice and this is perfect for that! see less

I bought this ice maker about two years ago and have had no real problems with it I clean it once a month with about a large glass of water with about a cap full of bleach and clean it out using paper towels I then drain all the water out clean the filter and put more water in and leave it cycle thru dump the ice and put in fresh water and carry on this machine runs 24 - 7 and has had no major problems like what I read here you have to clean the sensor on top right hand side chrome can't miss it if it doesn't work I reset it as per instruction sheet I will be buying another when and if this one takes a dump and have a friend who is interested in one ,also when getting this ice maker you MUST stand upright for at least 24 hours and then plug it in this lets the freon and oil leak back down to the compressor and belches the system as not doing that will make problems like small or no ice, machine freezing up etc. about 90 percent of what I read here see less

I used this toast a whole lot since i got it and it worked beautifully every time. It worked with all of the types of bread i put in it. The settings alloowed me to have really light or near black toast. And it looks great in my kitchen. I'd say the value for the price is pretty good too. For the price point, this toaster is really great and looks much more expensive than it is. I really like the stainless exterior. I received this toaster to test for free for participating in the [an Online Community.] I toasted a variety of items--breads, bagels, frozen waffles and english muffins. It performed well on each, but the english muffins didn't pop up enough to remove safely. It toasted quickly and on both sides. Cons, the cord comes out the front, which doesn't make much design sense, but isn't a problem for me because my outlet is very close. I could see this being an issue for others. And it toasts slightly unevenly. This also wasn't an issue for me because I like things lightly toasted, and it was only a very slight unevenness. Overall, I am highly satisfied with this toaster. see less

I think that this toaster is wonderful and has worked quite well for me. I really like how easy it is to use and how great it made my toast this week. I really was impressed with how great it looked and how it fit so nicely in my kitchen with my other appliances. It is reasonably priced and it is a great asset to any kitchen. This is a super easy to use fondue pot. The heating controls and clean up are easy too. We've used it three or four times since getting it in December and nothing has stuck so far. My only issue is that the cord isn't that long so we have to move our dining area around so it can reach. So far it's only been my husband and I but this would be a bigger problem if we wanted to have guests. see less

We got this after my husband was hunting and his host used it for dinner. It is great! Easy to use, easy to clean. I would suggest putting down a cloth or news paper, just to protect counter top. Great feature is the magnetic plug since we have little kids. Can never be too careful with hot oil! Heat was consistent and was by far the best fondue I've ever had! Probably due to the fact that after you cook a couple pieces of meat, you have idea of how long to leave it in for your liking. Highly recommended!! Enjoy!! see less

Wonderful pot!! I spent a lot of time searching for a respectfully priced fondue pot that I could use for my husbands birthday and target definately delivered with this one. It was easy to use, affordable, and easy to clean. My intentions were to recreate our experience at the restaurant The Melting Pot without breaking my pockets and I was definately able to do it! I would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone who is looking for a durably pot that is affordable. I shopped around and this was by far the best price. I had to open the box to learn the wattage is 100 watts. This means I can use this crock pot with a small inverter as I drive down the road. It is only 15 watts more than my computer. Could either prepare a meal and let it simmer while driving or heat some soup and have it ready when I arrive at a rest stop. I prefer to eat small snacks often throughout the day so this would allow me to "nibble" and keep my food warm. see less

I got my mixer yesterday and have already used it twice. It was easy to assemble and use. I was surprised that it runs very quietly. I love the fact that the bowl spins as you mix. It didn't quite get everything mixed in the middle and sides but that was an easy fix by taking the mixer off the stand and giving it a quick mix with the hand mixer. I can't comment on how long it will last but for the price I don't expect it to last me forever, but I will enjoy it very much while it does. see less

This stand/hand mixer is fantastic. I love that I can set it mixing as a stand mixer and then pull it off the stand to clean it or get around the edges of the bowl better. The versatility makes it a lot more useful than higher-end, stand-only mixers. Who really needs a meat grinding attachment anyway? The only difficulty I have found is that sometimes it is hard to eject the beaters while the mixer is on the stand, but all you have to do is take it off the stand to get better leverage on the button. see less

I got this as a Christmas present for my husband because we live in a condo, and he didn't want a BBQ grill I like the taste of grilled burgers and steaks. He tried it two nights ago, and made some steaks on it. The steaks were a very thick, so they were a little past the adjustment size of the lid. It did do a good job on cooking them. I followed the directions on the package filling up and filtering the water 2 times and the filtered water was crystal clear. I love my Brita water filter because in my area the water has a strong chlorine odor. Highly recommended great money saver compared to other sellers. see less

Same issue here as other reviewers. The carbon particles escape out of the filter and get into the "filtered" water. Followed the directions to a T. These are definitely an inferior product to those that come with the pitcher itself, as I had no issues with my original filter. I purchased the 3 pack in store and so far the 2 I have used leak carbon partials from the start. see less

My filters all did the same thing...I followed the directions before using them, let them soak, etc. and with each filter I have the same problem. There are black particles all over the top after putting water in, and they leak into the bottom and don't get filtered out. These are terrible! see less

I had a small older style and this is definitely much nicer! I love the removable grill plates and the extra space so now we can cook 2-3 burgers at a time rather than just one! I hated cooking on my old grill just because of the cleanup after...it was such a pain!
