I just received my granite top kitchen cart. I am really pleased with this purchase. Before i made my order i read previous reviews and based on the reviews i felt confident with my decision to make this purchase. My son put it together for me and he said the instructions were not clear so he relied on common sense while putting it together. It took him less than 30 minutes to assemble it, I love it it is just the right fit for my kitchen it looks expensive and sturdy for the price! Would definitely recommend this item. see less

picked this up in the store a few days ago, on sale. Put it together last night and it was super easy. There was only one small, minor issue. One of the knobs wouldn't tighten. It appears that when the grooves were cut into the knob it was crooked so the screw won't tighten all the way. I called the phone number on the directions and was transferred to customer relations. They looked up the manufacturer and gave me their number. They weren't able to ship just the knob, and are shipping the whole hardware pack. I will be buying another one of these carts to go on the other side of my stove. Very happy with the product see less

Dowel holes were way too ... see more

Dowel holes were way too big for the dowel pins. Screws holes were too large for a lot of the screws so they would not tighten. Some screw holes were so big that the screw could not be removed because there was nothing for the screw to grab. Rear wood panels on most of the drawers were so thin that they split when the screws were installed. I have purchased similar products from [...] for a lot less money what were many times better quality than this item. Target should be ashamed to have this on their store shelves, much less have their name on it. I might not be so disappointed if this product was half its current price. However, it should be much better quality for what it currently costs. see less

This has room for storage, easy to assemble and looks great as extra counter space and yet becomes an island in the kitchen for more use. The price is right on for a piece like this. I did not personally put this together, so I can speak only to how it looks after assembly. I am using it in the master bath because of a lack of counter space for cosmetics, etc. I did change the knobs to a pretty floral porcelain knob, but only because it made it more "bathroom" looking. It is sturdy, and rolls about easily. see less

I bought this microwave cabinet for my new apartment and I am very happy with the result. The assembly was not too difficult to navigate; clear diagrams to help me along the way. My wife loves this piece because it saves a ton of counter space and the fact that it is on wheels makes it easy to clean around and under when in the kitchen. This item is very nice looking. However it is made of material that will not hold up under the stress of a normal kitchen. Assembly is required, of course, but the diagrams and instructions are sketchy to non-existant. One important part arrived in damaged condition. I am trying to access the "service" provider now in order to obtain a replacement. Given the price, I got less than what I paid for in quality. By the time the shipping and tax was added, the increase made the total half again as much as the listed price, and my dissatisfaction was doubled. I will live with it if I get the replacement part. see less

The cart came with one piece of wood that was warped, the stainless steel top scratched, and one of the drawer brackets assembled facing the wrong way (and it's glued/stapled in place so I couldn't turn it around). In general, it doesn't seem to be well made anyway - I can't imagine it would last very long. I'm returning this item - too bad as it looks a lot nicer in the photo. :( see less

Destroyed my faith in Target online Horrible wood. Horrible construction "Stainless steel" was stained and scratched. I assembled this piece of garbage out desperation. Thinking "it can't be this bad" it was worse. The wheels literally snapped off the 1st time I tried to move it. Now I will resume the search. Not here. see less

I highly recommend this cabinet if you are looking for an INEXPENSIVE microwave cabinet that will NOT need to endure rough use and slammed doors. I purchased this cabinet 2 months ago and I absolutely LOVE it! It arrived intact, with no parts missing or broken (despite the wobbly packaging and negative reviews posted previously). I am a 66-year-old single woman and I enjoyed assembling this cabinet, although it helps if you have some previous furniture assembling experience and/or can follow written instructions, and are not expecting a heavy-duty piece of furniture. The upper cabinet is perfect for my crystal stemware and glasses and I store infrequently used small appliances in the bottom. Initially I thought the microwave shelf was a bit low, as it is several inches lower than my kitchen counter, but the height turned out to be perfect, even though I am 5'7". I am happy with my purchase. It arrived to my home faster than expected and it was easy to assemble. The quality of the product was better than what I expected for the price. I didn't add the wheels since I don't plan on moving the cart around. I also didn't add the extra knife storage piece it came with because I don't see myself putting knives there. So adding that extra piece was unnecessary for me. I haven't tried storing anything heavy in the 2 shelves so I'm not sure how strong/sturdy those are. Overall I am happy with my purchase and the cart looks great in my kitchen. see less

I am very satisfied with this item. The instructions are not very clear, but you can reason through the steps. It is very sturdy once assembly is complete. I purchased this cart based on the 72H x 31W x 21D as it was listed under 'Dimensions'.............however, if you note on the website, there are two sets of dimensions!! The other set says 72Hx24Wx16D and that's what this cart is!! My microwave barely fits in & sticks out a tad which I'm not comfortable with, therefore, this cart will do for the meantime until I go purchase another one from somewhere else. Although the instructions were unclear, I managed to put it together. So if you're looking for a similar cart with the larger dimensions....don't purchase this one. see less

I should have listened to the bad reviews on this item. It's design was perfect so I was willing to give it a try. About 30 minutes into putting this together, one cam bolt fell out and the entire cart collapased. One piece was destroyed in the collapse. I went online in hopes to order a replacement piece. The company website is temporarily unavailable. I then tried to email the company and it was returned because the email address did not exist. I have purchased many put together type pieces and I have to say this is one of the worst pieces I've had the displeasure to try and put together. Target.com was wonderful and issued a refund. Save yourself some time and do not purchase this. see less

Ok so I read all the reviews and was a little hesitant, but it really was a perfect look and size for what we wanted in our new home, and it was within the budget I had at the time! It is a great little piece once you get it together, and yes we to were missing one small part...I was prepared for that based on the other reviews, so I called the number the previous person posted and it arrived 3 or 4 days later. It was a quick polite phone call and nothing more. So while you might need a tiny bit more patience, there are a lot of pcs. to put together it is now in our home and I use it everyday for the microwave and storage. I'm glad I took the chance! This cart works fine in my small kitchen. Despite some negative reviews here, the cart was easy to assemble. Though not extremely sturdy, certainly nothing I would use as an additional countertop surface for food prep, it works fine for extra storage and to hold my microwave. Compared to other carts I have owned before, the wood for the shelves are sturdy and not the crumbling particle board that usually collapses after a month of use. All in all a good buy for the money. see less

I got this as a wedding gift 3 years ago and it has worked really well for my husband and I. We didn't use the casters but put caps on the legs instead. It was pretty easy to put together, from what I remember. It looks nice. You have to be careful what you put on the top shelf, because it will shake if you're chopping something on the main counter. The drawer is nice. The wood looks pretty good--a pretty thick gloss, which is good for a surface that gets wet often. I would definitely recommend this product, if it's still made as well as it was 3 years ago. see less

My cart was delivered yesterday, and today my very smart 18-year-old grandson put it together for me in about an hour! I totally love this cart, it is just what I needed in my kitchen to go under a window and serve as a breakfast bar so I can look out at the backyard, telephone table, and storage for those items you never know where to put, such as big telephone book, etc. My ONLY complaint is that the little wood things used to plug up the holes, don't know what they're called, all came in one size, except for two which were a tiny bit smaller. And once they're in, you can't get them out. But that's not a big deal, considering everything else is perfect! see less

If you have a small space that won't accommodate a standard baker's rack (my chosen space was only 24" wide), this rack is an ideal substitute. It arrived by UPS within a couple of days of ordering and took us less than a hour to assemble. (A drill or power screw driver with a phillips head works perfectly.) The three shelves are solid wood and match the rattan baskets. Although it is sturdy and weighs enough to stand alone, there are pieces included that permit you to anchor the rack to the wall, if desired. The shelf unit looks stylish and can go anywhere you need storage. I'll be using mine as a phone center and storing table linens in the breakfast nook. see less

The shelf coating chipped when putting them together. The rattan drawers were hard to get together because each one is 5 individual pieces that clasp together at the edges - not very sturdy baskets. The Nice - Looks great. Nice marble top. Superb casters - rolls easily. Drawer slides easily and has a relatively, but effective plastic stop. Assembly was easy and instructions were clear and written parts were done in well written English. Basket slides easily and the lower shelf can be adjusted 3 ways. Target's price was way better than any other, especially with the Red Card. Shipping was much faster than expected and the cart was very well packed/protected... The Not so Nice - Despite its nearly 65# shipping weight this cart is less sturdy that expected. Dowels and hardware, screws and machine screws/barrel nuts, hold it together, however the dowels are loose and all but useless. We have a 50# portable dishwasher on ours and the cart sways when rolled. Drawer pull is a bit goofy. Construction of the drawer rails is very basic - wood rail and slot - no hardware. There's no stop for the wire basket. Would have liked a sturdier unit, but, it was worth the price. 4- see less

Love the style of the cart...wine rack and basket AND a sliding drawer. The marble top looks nice also. I would have had a horrible time assembling if I hadn't enlisted a male's help. It took 2 sets of hands. The directions stop just short of the finish line as there were none for the top 4 sides and the screws were not long enough to hold, had to buy 4 new longer screws and the 4 sides did not fit flush and that looks sorta tacky. The shipping price is a little ridiculous, but the cabinet was on sale, and we desperately needed some storage in our kitchen. Shipping was fast. The instructions were a little vague, but my husband and I figured it out. There were a couple of small scratches on the side due to shipping, but it was the side that was facing a wall, so no biggie. The storage space it creates is awesome. I would definitely recommend this to anyone needing some extra storage that doesn't have a whole lot of room. see less

Love the look of the cabinet because it goes with my white kitchen cabinets and is not too deep to take up a lot of space. I am using it for a large toaster oven and did not want the toaster oven on my counter.Not enough info on assembly directions. Had to re-adjust the cam screws so they would work.Good storage space for cook books in base part of cabinets and upper part am using for varied items, after applying fabric to inside of glass for no see storage. see less

We just moved and were looking for a small coffee bar for the kitchen. It was exactly what we wanted from the online description and the actual product turned out to be as described. It fits great not being to big but can handle the coffee maker and juicer. With the shelves, drawer, and cabinet we gained a lot of organization space. Like any piece of furnature of this type the assembly was tough but not too bad, I hate the little cam bolts! But after putting a dozen or so of these pieces together over the years it wasn't too difficult. On a minor note, the door does not close tightly and kind of just hangs ajar, but I got a little double sided vercro and that did the trick. Definately worth the price (and the almost as expensive shipping). see less

I purchased the White Kitchen Island, and I love it! Ive only had it for like 2 months so I cant really talk about durability, but it is a great space-saver. I needed additional counter space for a very small kitchen and this fit in perfectly. Assembly was simple but it did take me 2 days; I did like 2-3hrs a day, but I did do it alllll by myself! :) The parts seem to be durable and sturdy.
