Going on for 3 years now owning these GIADA knives and no rust, cracks, discoloration, dullness, chipping or any other issue. I use them everyday, handwash and let them air dry.I defenetely would buy them again.
They look nice, cut great, recently got them so I don't know how long they will stay sharp, but they are impossible to keep clean. I put them in the dish washer and I end up with water spots, so I now wash them by hand and I dry them immediately rubbing the water spots off otherwise they always look a little dirty. Might just be my water but I would stick to knives that do not have stainless steel handles in the future.
