It seems to be cheaply made compared to the rest of the tools, but It does it's job, and isn't a deal-breaker. I would definitely recommend this set to anyone. We got this as a wedding gift, and it really does have everything we needed. The tools are nice quality and have a professional appeal to them. However, we found the edge of the flipper quickly became worn down and food sticks to it and won't come off in the dishwasher. We solved that by shaving off a fresh surface with a knife. Also, the markings on the measuring cups washed off immediately when we first washed them by hand with regular dish soap. It seems like they just used a cheap paint to print the markings on them, but there's no loss of function, just an unsightly whitish spot where they used to be and some inconvenience trying to tell the 1/3 cup from 1/2 cup at a glance. Still the value for the entire set is great. I'd say get the set, re-gift the measuring stuff to someone else, and buy a set of stainless measuring cups and spoons for yourself. see less

I have owned it for less than a year and the handles have broken on multiple tools. I have this board in two sizes, and don't understand the previous reviewers being upset with this board showing cut marks! Um, isn't that the point of a cutting board? To provide a surface under the food you're cutting that will give way to your knife and prevent it from dulling? That's the reason you shouldn't actually cut on glass cutting boards or other hard surfaces because it can dull your knives quickly. I this this product is great, but I guess if you're concerned with a poly board showing cut marks, don't get the black, get a lighter color where the marks won't show up as easily. see less

I received these as a wedding gift, and I love them. I especially like how easily they come on and off the ring-- meaning they stay organized, but in the rush of cooking, they are easy to get to. I haven't noticed any bending of the handles, unlike the other set we have, although the connection on the 1 cup measurer seems a bit narrow, and as it's the largest, I could see the potential. Most importantly, I have NOT seen any of the numbers rub off. Just in case it was chance that I always used the other set on oil based ingredients, which is unlikely, I dipped my finger in canola oil and rubber vigorously. The label stayed perfectly. I'm thinking OXO has remedied the label issue. My only wish? That the set included 2/3 and 3/4 measuring cups, but I make do just fine. see less

This is one of those cooking tools that make life oh so much easier! And, then you (or someone dear) drops it on the Southern Living ceramic & wrought iron dog dish and it's gone. Or so I thought. Had the first Pyrex 8-cup for 20 years -- never needed a mixing bowl because I could mix-up everything in it from cake batter through eggs and whip cream, then pour it out to bake -- no dribbles or spills. Over time, dropped it on wooden,lineoleum, and laminate floors, carpets, tables. And,dropped plenty of stuff on it in the sink. It NEVER even chipped! Anyway, looked for a replacement for two LONG years... the original 8-cup was bought at the Pyrex Outlet in Corning NY when I was a college kid needing one good all-around dish to use in the microwave. And then, this Christmas I saw it online at Target! Bought two -- one for the Sister-in-Law and one for me. But, then could not bring myself to part with the extra so have it squirreled away for the day some butter-fingers drops this one on a ceramic dish or tiled floor. I love the OXO brand but was very disappointed with these measuring cups and spoons. The labels started rubbing off from only one use. As soon as I put them in the hot water in my sink the paint rubbed off onto my washcloth and I had to throw everything away. This is without a doubt the best can opener I have owned in my fifteen years of marriage. I have been using a "hand" can opener for over 20 years and I missed the ease of an electric one. I was dismayed when I went to my local Walmart and saw the display models. I had a picture in my mind of the heavier metal ones that I grew up using. Those apparently are a thing of the past! Plastic is everywhere! When I opened my new Oster, I thought it would break the first time I tried to use it. It didn't! I cannot believe the ease of use. I read the reviews of others stating difficulty getting the can opener to start. I understand why they felt that way.With the "older" can openers you literally had to jam the can into the opener. Not with this one! It operates very smoothly and the magnet holds the lids and does not make a mess. I love the fact that I can slide out the blade assembly for such easy cleaning. I was concerned that the height of the Oster would mean easy to tip, Not So ! I am very satified with the Oster and I recommend it ! Good bargain! see less

I bought these spatulas because the reviews said they were the best, and I'm glad I did! I've never had any trouble with them. I mix up bread and brownies and the batter slides right off of these spatulas, usually, so I'm happy. They are fairly easy to clean, I just have to watch the edges around where the handle is in the head of it, sometimes my dough likes to stick in the edges, but just running a fingernail along it when I wash them makes it clean. I registered for this cutting board and ended up very disappointed when, a month into using it, it cracked. I even bought food safe wood oil to condition it, but now it won't even balance on the feet because of the warping that has ensued. Regret this gift...big time! see less

I wish I could rate this with negative stars. I too purchased this as a gift and it was cracked and shedding splinters into my food within 2 weeks. This product should be taken off the market. Not only is it a rip-off, wood splinters in food is dangerous. Target, there is NO way that this product doesn't get returned one hundred percent of the time, PLEASE discontinue! see less

I bought this set because I needed extra salad forks to go with my existing flatware. I am so pleased with these. They have a heavy enough weight to not feel or look cheap & are a great addition to the set I already have. I like using the salad forks to eat every meal..I prefer the shorter forks instead of the large dinner forks. The salad forks I've seen & previously ordered have been as long as the dinner forks we have..and I didn't like that at all. These are the perfect size for me & are only about 6.5" long...which is perfect! These are a great buy & if you need extra forks, I think you will be pleased with these!! see less

These lovely mortars and pestles nest and take up so little space. I had priced others elsewhere and the price was as much if not more that all three of these. They are great for crushing pills (the small one) as well as spices nuts and other condiments. They clean up great and are just such a great purchase. I had another that had straight sides not rounded and that is why I was looking and wasn't looking for three but boy and I glad I found these. You will never know how handy it is to have the variety of sizes. I love these great mortars and pestles and like I said they nest so they take up little space. If you are hesitant let me assure you you will not be disappointed!! see less
