Having the ability to remove the spoons from the ring is an excellent feature, but does not even begin to describe how great these spoons are. They are easy to clean, very durable, and definitely worth the price. I would not hesitate in purchasing another one for a family member or friend. see less

I received these as a wedding gift, and I like the styling of them. My favorite feature is the ease of taking them on and off the ring-- they stay organized, but aren't a hassle when in the middle of cooking. The last thing I want to do in the flurry of prep is wrestle with a ring that isn't user-friendly. see less

I received these as a wedding gift, and I love them. I especially like how easily they come on and off the ring-- meaning they stay organized, but in the rush of cooking, they are easy to get to. I haven't noticed any bending of the handles, unlike the other set we have, although the connection on the 1 cup measurer seems a bit narrow, and as it's the largest, I could see the potential. Most importantly, I have NOT seen any of the numbers rub off. Just in case it was chance that I always used the other set on oil based ingredients, which is unlikely, I dipped my finger in canola oil and rubber vigorously. The label stayed perfectly. I'm thinking OXO has remedied the label issue. My only wish? That the set included 2/3 and 3/4 measuring cups, but I make do just fine. see less

I love the OXO brand but ... see more

I love the OXO brand but was very disappointed with these measuring cups and spoons. The labels started rubbing off from only one use. As soon as I put them in the hot water in my sink the paint rubbed off onto my washcloth and I had to throw everything away. I've gotten lots of their other products including kitchen utensils and sink stopper and have no complaints with anything else. I recommend you don't purchase these. see less

I have had this set for years and hated them just as long. The marker on the teaspoon rubbed off right away and the rest have slowly disappeared. Don't waste your money. see less

The paint on these is susceptible to oil...once it comes in contact with oil of any kind the measurements rub off leaving you clueless as to which one is which. see less

This is the brand/style to get if like me, you're tired of holding the measuring cup in the air, hoping it's level. Just leave this cup on the counter and pour, the measurments are angeled inside so you'll instead be looking down at the desired amounts......so easy, no balancing, no errors. Wish I would have thought of this. Slightly expensive, however it's well worth it!!!! see less

The only reason i didn't ... see more

The only reason i didn't give it 5 stars overall is because it does not have an auto shut-off. If you put it in the cupboard and bump the on button, it will drain the battery. And now that i think about it.... It would be nice if it was more water resistant. I wash it off after i use it and have gotten it wet without issue, but i dont think it would fare so well if you were measuring the temperature of a liquid and accidentally dropped it in. Other than that, i absolutely love it. see less

This item has performed well for a year. Now it has water in the face of the temperature guide and I have handwashed only as per directions. I'm not sure if it will affect the temp readings but would not buy again. see less

I have been using this scale for 2 yeas and I use it at least a dozen times a day. Having lost over 40 pounds and kept it off for a a year, I now know that portion control is the way to do it for me. I weigh everything I eat to determine the proper portion sizes. When I make bread, I weigh the ingredients instead of measure like flour and the recipes turn out wonderfully. This scale is so convenient because you can weigh by ounce or gram. You can also pull the tab out at the bottom if you need to weight the contents of a large bowl. When the display gets goofy and flashes or can't decide on the proper weight, it is time to replace the batteries. Unfortunately, I got in the habit of moving my scale by pulling on the corded display and it has caused it to be a little flaky when measuring it with the display pulled all the way out, so don't do that! I adore this scale and I'm glad I spend the greater amount of money that purchasing this scale required. see less
