This woman knows what she's doing! Yesterday was my first day using this video and I have to say, I'm the sorest I have ever been after a work out. I can tell this video will make a difference! She does a great job instructing and motivating you to push yourself. The price is great, and I was able to find it in my local target store. Just in time for swimsuit season! But seriously, don't underestimate the difficulty of this. It's a twenty minute workout but you will definitely feel it the next day. Wow! see less

I'v had two kids, over eat, and really just let my body go. I have finally had enough and am giving this dvd a try. This dvd is AMAZING! Jillian does not let you down. Don't get me wrong, this is hard and I found myself in tears the first few day's. But I have already seen such a change and I am just blown away! In two weeks iv dropped a pant's size. That nasty pooch I have from kids is on it's way out the door! I feel so much better and not like I am going to die just walking up the stairs anymore. It's going to be hard at first, but stick with it! You can do this!!! If you are ready to change your life, this is the DVD for you!! see less

I first used a Baby Einstein video about 10 years ago when I was baby-sitting. The little girl who was 4 months old at the time was inconsolable and I had exhausted my checklist of things to do: change, diaper, hungry, etc. So I popped this in and voila! it was a miracle she went from screaming to happy as a clam!!! I couldn't believe it. I now have a 3 month old son of my own and these videos are amazing and will save a parents sanity.. trust me. ;) see less
