This woman knows what she's doing! Yesterday was my first day using this video and I have to say, I'm the sorest I have ever been after a work out. I can tell this video will make a difference! She does a great job instructing and motivating you to push yourself. The price is great, and I was able to find it in my local target store. Just in time for swimsuit season! But seriously, don't underestimate the difficulty of this. It's a twenty minute workout but you will definitely feel it the next day. Wow! see less

I'v had two kids, over eat, and really just let my body go. I have finally had enough and am giving this dvd a try. This dvd is AMAZING! Jillian does not let you down. Don't get me wrong, this is hard and I found myself in tears the first few day's. But I have already seen such a change and I am just blown away! In two weeks iv dropped a pant's size. That nasty pooch I have from kids is on it's way out the door! I feel so much better and not like I am going to die just walking up the stairs anymore. It's going to be hard at first, but stick with it! You can do this!!! If you are ready to change your life, this is the DVD for you!! see less

I bought this dvd for my 21mo.old daughter before going on a road trip. She loved the video and by the time we made it back home, she knew her alphabet and knew almost all the sounds each letter made! She is four now and still loves the video. It has made a difference with her reading and writing! She is reading beginner books and spelling anything she sounds out thanks to the letter factory! This video is AMAZING! My daughter's a toddler and knows (recognizes, sorts, and sounds) the alphabet all due to this video. It is short in length, but extremely effective. It is fun, has catchy tunes, and is engaging to a very active toddler. We are big readers and I can see that this has solidified so many things for her - you can see the "ahaaaaaaaaaa" look in her eye when she is looking at her books.
