This woman knows what she's doing! Yesterday was my first day using this video and I have to say, I'm the sorest I have ever been after a work out. I can tell this video will make a difference! She does a great job instructing and motivating you to push yourself. The price is great, and I was able to find it in my local target store. Just in time for swimsuit season! But seriously, don't underestimate the difficulty of this. It's a twenty minute workout but you will definitely feel it the next day. Wow! see less

I'v had two kids, over eat, and really just let my body go. I have finally had enough and am giving this dvd a try. This dvd is AMAZING! Jillian does not let you down. Don't get me wrong, this is hard and I found myself in tears the first few day's. But I have already seen such a change and I am just blown away! In two weeks iv dropped a pant's size. That nasty pooch I have from kids is on it's way out the door! I feel so much better and not like I am going to die just walking up the stairs anymore. It's going to be hard at first, but stick with it! You can do this!!! If you are ready to change your life, this is the DVD for you!! see less

The little girl who was 4 months old at the time was inconsolable and I had exhausted my checklist of things to do: change, diaper, hungry, etc. So I popped this in and voila! it was a miracle she went from screaming to happy as a clam!!! This video is a lifesaver! I'm pretty sure that I wouldn't be able to shower, eat, or get anything done around the house without it. My son is 3 months old and loves it. You make think there is no way my baby will watch a movie but its so simple and colorful it works. Each scene is just long enough to hold their attention and then it changes before they lose interest... amazing really. Anyway, this product is worth every penny. I started watching this because the Title caught my eye. I like shows and movies were the characters are well thoughtout. The comedy and story line are very good. The case moves alone smoothly and does not "jump around" [...] The method Detective Beckett uses to solve the case is neat. The series is definately worth watching. I love love love this movie. This is a great remake. When i look for movies i have to find something that will keep my kids attention, songs in movie, and something they will overall enjoy. Because my kids have autism, and most things that interest other kids doesnt interest mines. But this movie has songs in it, mild violence, but nothing that will make the kids pick up any bad language or habits. Great movie, its entertaining, funny and a great remake on a classic story. Its not just a girls movie, boys can watch it too. The price is a little high, but they are for disney movies. I think its worth it though at the end of the day. I myself will sit down and watch it over and over with them. Im 27 yrs old and my kids are 3 and 6 and we cant get enough of it. see less

The story is about a girl who finds her independence and goes for what she wants. The dialogue is witty, the characters are unique, and the movie just feels like a breath of fresh air. I started doing Jillian videos after my 2nd child, gained tons of weight. I had never done circuits before, I was always just a runner. I did Jillians Shred it video and I lost all my weight in 4 months! So with my 3rd child I decided to go back to Jillian again, since she knows how to get weight off fast. I then picked Ripped in 30. Again, she didnt disappoint. I am back down to my weight ,40lb loss. It works! Eat sensibly too. I do workouts 5 days a week. I do them in my garage so I get a real good sweat. Its hard. Just two days ago I had one of my husbands employees ask me how I bounce back so well after having 3 kids..Jillian Michaels! They give fast results. And I only paid [$] on sale for it. Oh, the key to this for me was I did the video longer than suggested. This is a 4 week program, but I did each level for atleast 3 weeks then I would change it up to the next. By week 3 you have really mastered them and are ready to move on to the next. see less

This dvd offers a great workout. I was working hard the whole time and sweating a lot! I have been exercising on a routine basis for years, and I consider myself fit and active, but even I struggled with some of the moves and I thought it was appropriately challenging. However, my only complaint about this dvd, is that Jillian does not explain well enough how to do each move which can lead to injury. She stresses "good form" but rarely slows down to teach you just what that is. If you have never worked out before, take your time and study the moves, because she goes really fast and I think you could easily do the move incorrectly and strain yourself in ways you don't want. Overall, I recommend this dvd, with caution. see less

This is one of Disneys best films for young boys. Tarzan is a positive, (if primitive) role model and a guide for inquisitive and brave youngsters. The animation is strong and the music (featuring songs by Phil Collins) is arguably the best in the post Lion King era. Plot wise there is a meaningful amount of death in the film but it is not on screen and is often important to the progression of the story. This is appropriate for everyone except very young children. see less
