Bought it as a gift for someone. It didn't work for them. I tried troubleshooting for them. Tried multiple computers, multiple ethernet cables, no luck. Finally called there tech support, spent 20 minutes answering questions unrelated to my problem at which point they wanted to charge me because it had been more than 90 days since purchase so my 'free' support had expired. Wouldn't recommend BELKIN products based on this experience with their support.

No problems setting it up, as it is user friendly in that respect. But keeping it from disconnecting? Good luck. Sometimes it stays connected for 10-15 minutes if I'm lucky, other times it drops and reconnects every 3 minutes. And yes, I have the latest firmware. Tried all sorts of fixes and nothing works.
Stay FAR away from this one.
I decided to purchase this "range extender" and I had trouble immediately from set up. I tried contacting NetGear and after spending around 4 hours on the phone with their technical support I got absolutely nowhere. A real waste of money. Very upsetting.
Does exactly what it is supposed to do. I can now get internet outside of my house and speed is still pretty decent.
Setup took awhile to figure out. I have a 2wire router from Uverse and finally figured out that my security settings were interfering with the router. Changed the settings from WPA PSK TKIP and WPA2 PSK AES to just WPA2 PSK AES, the more secure of the two protocols, and now it works great.
