It's so hard to find a cute raincoat! This one definitely fits the bill. I usually wear a small in Merona tops 5'7, 135lbs but opted for the medium in this jacket after trying them on in store. The sleeves were longer and there was a little more room for layering under. Plus this jacket was the ability to cinch the waist so you still get a nice fitted look. I got the red polka dot pattern and know it will brighten up any rainy days this spring. see less

Will be great for spring - good quality, lightweight. Small fit perfect - I'm 5'-2" 130lbs. The cinched waist hit in the right spot as well. I don't like my jackets too tight - and this one left a little room when worn over a sweater. Says it's water resistant but I haven't been able to test that yet. The only downside is that the zippers seem a little cheap - they work, but they're not the greatest see less

I just bought the jacket in the navy polka dot version. The small fits very well on me. It's nicely made, flattering and stylish. But!! I seriously wish the sleeves were lined! The body of the jacket is lined but the sleeves are not. I wouldn't mind paying a little more to have a fully-lined jacket. I even thought about adding lining to the sleeves myself, but I'm not sure about that given my less-than-satisfactory sewing skills. It's just without the lining, the sleeves are very thin and don't feel good on bare skin if I want to wear a short-sleeve tee under it. Ahh...but for this price I think I'm still keeping it. see less

I actually love the jacket, the cut is very flattering and I love that it doesn't need a belt. I just wish it was in another color. More of khaki shade or even a black, it would make it look much more expensive looking. Sadly, I am returning it. Another reviewer mentioned the lack of quality in stitching, I didn't find that to be a problem with the jacket I received. see less

Was not happy at all with the quality. The collar lapel on one side was 1/2 inch wider in front where you can clearly see it. after washing it - the inside pocket came apart. and it looks wrinkly. kind of heavy for a spring jacket. see less

I am very petite and the XS petite fits me perfectly and I really wanted to love this jacket, but the color seemed a little bit off for me. It has more of a brownish tone to it, rather than a true army green color. I have been looking for a similar style jacket that is a true army green color and I just cannot spend over [$] on a jacket that I am not quite satisfied with. The quality and fit is great though and I would recommend it if you do not mind the brownish color of the jacket. see less

I've been hunting for a casual military green jacket for awhile, but found many fit too large, the sleeves too long, the overall feel unflattering, stiff, and boxy. Being 5'2 this is nice fitting jacket. I like that it can convert to a 3/4 sleeved jacket, but unrolled - the sleeves hit right at the wrist. The drawstring waist is a plus to define the waist for a feminine touch. The length - a little past the hips. I normally where an XS in women, but Coffee Shop is a juniors brand, so I ordered up a size. This jacket is NOT green. It's too dark for me to call it army/olive green - I want to say it's almost like a putty brown. However I felt the color was still pretty neutral, and since I liked the fit so much, I kept it. see less

I love this trench coat....very classy. No need to order from [..........] when you can get this for so much cheaper. I got the Navy just like the one on the BR website. I ordered a small and a medium becuase others said it ran a bit big...it does. The small fit great except in the sholders so I did stick with a medium knowing i might wear a light sweater some days. Medium is my normal size being 5'6 and 140. I'm taking it to the dry cleaners to get it steamed so hopefully they will shreak it up just a tad. see less

I bought this coat in Red and have gotten so many compliments. It's much better quality than a trenchcoat from Banana Republic that cost 5x as much! Only problem is it runs large. I am a size 2 and I bought the Small, not available in XS, and it's large in the body. Luckily when I cinch the belt it looks great. see less

This is so cute for spring! It is decently made and fitted. I am just under 5'4", 128 lbs and a B cup, and I bought the size medium. It fits snugly while zipped with a knit top underneath. It has many different colors in it, so it should work well with a variety of colored bottoms. On me, the sleeves are a little long, but they look cute rolled or pushed up. see less

Love this anorak! Well constructed but the fabric is very thin and, realistically, it won't offer much protection if you were looking for a lightweight jacket for spring. The style is very feminine and the lace inside the hood is adorable! The hood is removable, which wasn't mentioned in the item description. Beware though, it is a very contemporary slim fit through the shoulders. I wear a size 8, not too busty, and the Medium is just barely big enough to not pull across the front and back when zipped. Still getting used to the mullet style hem but it's nice to have something different for spring. see less

I've been wanting a coat similar to this but was always afraid of what it might look like for someone who has full cups. I got this and it fits incredibly well without bulking anywhere! I love the way it looks, it is a bit heavy but you won't sink into the ground by wearing it. Very warm, very comfortable, I absolutely love it. see less

I was looking for a light weight coat and this one is perfect. It looks better in person than in the picture. Double-breasted coats can add bulk, but this one doesn't. The size small fits perfectly and I'm 115lbs, 5'3". I like the easy-care knit fabric that doesn't wrinkle. It looks good with jeans or slacks. I haven't washed it yet. see less

I almost passed on this jacket. The store had 2 in size small. The first one I tried on measured an inch broader in each shoulder so the sleeve seam went way past my shoulder. The other small had a few loose threads on it, but was made smaller and fit me so much better as I have a small frame. No two jackets, jeans, or dresses are made the same. I'm glad I tried on the other jacket. It is tailored, not too puffy in the shoulders, and more of a light gray color. Very feminine and I think the light color can be worn year round. The color is really pretty if you have gray hair. It can be hard to find a neutral faux leather jacket that isn't black and browns often wash out gray hair. For reference, I am 5' and 100#, evenly proportioned. I roll up the sweater part of the sleeves and the fit is perfect. see less

casual chic jacket! i haven't bought anything from the xhilaration brand in awhile, but this jacket was eye-catching, especially as i love the color combo of yellow with the grey. the hat is removeable which adds to the jacket's versatility. nice perforated detail on the pockets and other details like a slightly shorter hem in the back that make this jacket really unique and a bargain at this price. i'm usually a sz XS or 2 in GAP and got this jacket in a Small. great buy for spring! see less

I agree with previous reviewers that you should size up if you have wider shoulders. I'm 5'4" 145 lbs and I got the medium and it -just- fits. I bought the coat in yellow and it's a gorgeous shade. Cute and runs truth size. I always have to get a Xxl or Xl in coats at target but this one ran true if not bigger. I tried to Xl on and since I am smaller on the bottom I could hold it out about two inches with my hand. I could not tell a difference in the arms though between ther l and Xl. But if you are the same on top and bottom I would say the Xl would fit up to a pants size 14 15. I wear a 9 10 11 so I was way too big on me. I like that there is two pockets you can stash your hands in. If you have a long torso or long arms they probably will be be high like over the chest but on be they hit at my belly button. see less

I get compliments just about every time I wear this jacket! The style and patterns are too cute! I do recommend going up one size, however. I normally wear a size small and have this jacket in different patterns in both small and medium. The small does fit, however it is tight in the shoulder area at times when making certain movements. see less

I bought this coat a month ago and I love it! I get complimented on it all the time. It is very annoying to have a super cute coat that doesn't keep you warm...but that's not an issue with this coat. This coat is nice and warm. Unlike some other customers I found the sizes to run true. I am usually a small and when I tried the small it fit perfect. I did buy a size medium though since I am pregnant and will be getting a big belly as the fall/winter progresses. see less

When I saw this in the store they only have a small, i usually wear x-small, but i had to try it on. I love the material and how they constructed this jacket. The champagne silky lining and the gold buttons, were really well thought off. It looks expensive but a fraction of the price. I just wished they made it in my size....sigh. see less

Perfect thickness, good quality, LOVE the knit detailing on the collar and sleeves, but it just looks... Weird. It's hard to tell in the model's picture and it's completely wrong in the product picture. The jacket "corners" --where it comes together when buttoned-- hangs at points when it's on your body. Also there's a buckle under the knit collar detailing that you have to fasten or else it hangs funky from the collar-- and good luck getting that buckle fastened or un-fasted. Also, it doesn't look very attractive if you don't leave it buttoned all the way... All in all... Just a weird design. see less

This coat is super cute and I love the look of the hood. I'm 5'4" and 125 lbs, and got the medium in black-white-grey. It's a little big but I would rather have bigger than too tight. The one thing I'm disappointed in is that it has wool in it, which it doesn't state in the description. My skin is very sensitive. On the tag it says, "Shell- 60 percent Polyester, 25 percent Acrylic, 10 percent Viscose, 5 percent Wool, Lining- 100 percent Polyster". I'm going to keep the coat, and wear a scarf to prevent my neck from itching. see less

I never write reviews, but after reading the reviews & buying this jacket I felt compelled. Finally, a jacket in size small that is actually small! I'm sorry, but many department store clothing companies have been producing larger clothes and stamping smaller sizes on the label! If you are truly a size small, you will definitely not have complaints about the sizing of this jacket unless you simply like to wear over-sized jackets, which is fine too. Overall definitely a great jacket, nothing wrong with sizing, petite girls need love too. see less

This coat is adorable! I grabbed it in-store in the Chestnut color. Because of the variegated look to the chestnut color, it nearly passes for real leather. The only con I see is that I had to size up two sizes to get it to fit right. I'm usually an xs, and that was ridiculously small on me. A medium was perfect, looks great unzipped, but I can also zip it ...even though it will be snug if I do. For reference, I am 5'2", 105 lbs, 32B. see less

The sleeves have a gathered shoulder, and there is a good cut to the jacket, coming in at the waist. A great deal for the price. I got the black, but it looks to be a distressed gunmetal. Cries. This jacket runs small/tight across the shoulders and arms. Especially the forearms. Weird, right? I was so disappointed when I tried this on. I usually wear an XL or XXL. I tried on the XXL and boy, the forearms were so tight I could barely put it on. I don't have fat forearms, haha! I do have broad shoulders but I normally don't have a problem with Target sizes XL & XXL. I love puff sleeves, so I really wanted this jacket but alas, I had to return it back to the racks. see less

Love the lines of this medium-weight jacket. Reminds me of a beautiful safari jacket I once had. This will look great with a pencil skirt, or over leggings, and it has enough presence to really make a statement.
