I own several baking stones ranging from expensive ones and this one. I absolute love them all. I bake almost everything on it: pizza, cookies, biscuits, frozen burritos, taquitos, chicken patties, just about anything that won't run! Everything always come out perfect. My husband can't even burn anything when he uses one of our stones. The number one thing you have to remember is NEVER use soap to clean it. The soap will soak into the stone and be hard to get the taste of soap out. I just use a plastic scraper or spatula and hot water to clean it. Also they are supposed to look stained and ugly (that just means it is well seasoned.)The first couple of times you use this make sure to oil it up. You can spray it with PAM or I just worked some olive oil into it. After doing that a couple of times it should be fine and not much will stick to it.
