I had just christened this stockpot by boiling chicken breasts in it. This stockpot has waaay more ample room in it than the 7.75 qt. measurement quoted as it's size. It's a great color! Not expensive either! I had wanted to collect the IMUSA line offered in these stockpots in this color. I am extremely pleased with this stockpot, and the 12 qt. stockpot too!(The sticker glued on the side of the stockpot can be a bear to remove. Get this product, GooGone, and follow the directions on it to remove the sticker from the side of the pot. GooGone removes anything that's sticky. In 15 mins. the sticker will be slipping around on the side of the pot like it was saturated in water. If there is any sticky residue leftover after the GooGone soak, it can be removed very easily with soap and water.) see less

I ordered this because it seemed so bright. It's not. It's just a shade lighter than the old-fashioned speckled blue dutch ovens. I had to return it to Target, and I got a refund, but this involved a twenty-mile round trip with gas. see less
