I applied it after each diaper change, and within about 36 hours the rash was completely gone! I am very pleased! My son spent a weekend with grandma and my teenage sisters and he was not changed often enough. His bum was red and inflamed so i bought this Desitin. It made him noticeably more comfortable after applied the first time and almost the entire rash was gone within 1 day. I now live by this stuff. My newborn son developed a painful diaper rash and Desitin maximum strength was the only treatment that worked! I use this on my 2 year old...instant relief and healing. Next morning its healed, really! I had and a bad reaction to a new deoderant and my underarm was raw and super painful. Once I applied desitin I was in comfort. It smells good too. Underarms were healed the next morning. Best product ever created. see less
