I ordered two sets of these chairs in red for my dining room. They arrived faster than anticipated. Putting them together was a breeze. Didn't need any tools aside of what was included, and it took about 30 minutes to assemble all four. Only issue is with the black footsies. They were hard to insert and they seem to pop out when I sit in the chair. I have very thick carpet so maybe that makes it a bit hard for them to find a foothold. Other than that, they look great, are of better quality than expected and mirror in style of the more expensive Italian original. see less

The footprint of these tables is not as large as most side tables, however they are a bit taller than most other side tables. The table top is just a little lower than the arm on the sofa, so this works really well. The drawers glide smoothly, and are roomy enough to hold remote controls and other small items. I love these chairs. I had bought a dining table second hand, and was looking for the perfect set of chairs. These are it! They are very comfortable and sleek. The height of the back hits me, and many of my friends and family in a perfect spot. Great support. I bought the blue and green sets and felt the colors were well represented, at least on my computer. I did take into account some of the chipping comments, and gave them three coats of poly. This maybe took me an hour for six chairs, which includes taking the legs off to spray the seats. Even with having to buy the two cans of spray poly., these chairs were a steal. I got these on sale, which was even better. They were also very easy to put together, no problems whatsoever. I would definitely recommend these chairs. see less

Absolutely love this desk! I was hesitant to buy it because so many complained of having the desk arrive damaged but I pushed my luck. Came in perfect condition. The box wasn't even damaged surprisingly. You have to walk up at least 50 concrete steps before you even get to the front door. Good Job UPS! Other than that, the desk is beautiful. When closed up it looks like a very clean, sleek piece of furniture, costing far more than what I actually paid. Simply attach four legs and a drawer knob and it is done! A bit of advice when assembling - use Liquid Nails in the dowel holes and run a bead under the top. The fasteners work well but only until you lift the table a few times. It can come loose and even break the cheap fasteners. Other than that small annoyance, I highly recommend these tables. see less

I spent many hours looking for a light colored wood end table for my home office/guest room. This is perfect for my needs. I found it on line, waited for a sale and then ordered it. The Mission Natural end table was at my front door in 4 days. My husband has put together many pieces of furniture over the years for my adult children such as dressers, desks, tables etc. This small table did present a challenge in that it took about 90 minutes to put together. It looks simple enough but don't be fooled and allow yourself time. It is lovely, the wood has a nice finish, and I am very happy with it and would not hesitate to recommend it. We needed something to bring our TV up a few more inches. At first we considered building a box to set the TV on, but it wasn't going to match our Avington furniture. While browsing the other Avington pieces online, I came across this hutch. We took measurements and headed to Target to buy this piece. It was easy to assemble, and took us about 20 minutes. Thanks to another reviewer we knew to be extra careful to make sure that the finished edges were facing outwards before tightening the cam locks. We are using this piece on top of our Avington media stand, even though it was made for the Avington desk. I didn't like the look of the small adjustable shelves, so we left them out and put small baskets in the cubbyholes instead. All together with an Avington bookshelf on each side it almost looks like one wall unit. We are so pleased with our purchase, and can now see the TV from any seat in the room. see less

Putting the desk together was a breeze since most of the components are already assembled. The wood feels solid and the desk is very sturdy. The stain is a deep, brown reddish color. Its design more appealing than on the pictures on Target.com. It looks and feels more than the advertised price, and this is a great furniture to add to your living space, or small home office, on which you can put a desktop or laptop computer. This table is one of the smartest furniture buys I have ever made. I've had it for at least ten years now, and it's still in great shape. I purchased it when I was in my mid-twenties and living with roommates in a rented apartment, and it has moved with me from apartment to apartment and finally to a house I own. As another reviewer mentioned, the screws should be tightened every now and then, but that is the only maintenance it requires, and that's probably only needed if the table gets moved a lot. Because it's solid wood and in a classic style, it's durable and very versatile. It looked great with all my mis-matched hand-me-down furniture and now it still looks great with higher-quality furniture. The simple lines and light color go with a variety of styles and the table looks more expensive than it is. Target must have a winner, as the table sold now appears to be completely unchanged from the one I bought a decade ago. see less

These barstools are almost what I was looking for- something with adjustable height for my kids, and something easy to clean. Pros- 1.Very easy to assemble! It took me longer to take everything out of the box. 2.The adjustable height and ability to swivel all the way around is great! 3.Very easy to clean up messes! 4.They are clear and prevent small spaces from looking cluttered. Cons- 1.Picks up all the handprints from the little ones. 2. The base is not as heavy as I wanted it to be. It is made of plastic. They tilt as you start to put weight on it, but it will hold the weight once you're on. My husband is 6' tall and weighs 180 and it was comfortable. My oldest daughter fell when she leaned too far. It is sturdy, but it can tip over. 3. I mainly ordered these barstools for my kids, but they are not heavy enough to make the stool go down. My oldest weighs 78 pounds, just to give you an idea. The cube came in one piece with no assembly required. It was wrapped very tightly in plastic wrap then packaged in foam blocks. The table is in good shape without any cracks or breaks, but the mirrors have some sort of residue with dull spots from the plastic that the cube was wrapped in. I can't get it off and it looks smudgy. Also, the table is wobbly. Aesthetically, the table is gorgeous. I'm not sure if I'll be keeping it, though, if I can't fix the wobble or remove the residue. see less

I actually enjoyed assembling it, too, with the way all the hardware was organized in little sections by steps. It's a great book shelf but I use it mostly for decor - in the living room it just filled up a stupid empty corner where nothing else would go. Highly recommend. I was a bit hesitant once I saw one star of a previous review but after I read it I realized I need to still buy one and rehabilitate its reputation. My package wasn't damaged and it was really heavy, which is good, because a piece of furniture like that, you want it stable and reliable. I enjoyed assembling it, too, because everything was such a good quality and all the hardware was packed in sections for part 1, 2 and so on of assembly. We had a corner in our living room that asked for something and this shelf just clicked in there. So ready to put some decor and books in it and it's ready to roll. I also appreciate that it has legs, because it's easier to run the wires behind it. It had a little scratch - paint off - on the top trim, but I decided it's not worth the hassle of return, nothing a little black sharpie couldn't fix. see less

[...] I only bought this shelf (with the rattan baskets) versus the cheaper identical yet non-basketed shelf [...]The shelf came with all parts required to assemble it - including a hex wrench; no screwdriver or hammer was required, though I did use my hammer to tap in the wood plugs at the end. No parts of the shelf assembly were damaged, and the wood is deeply and well-stained, if a little grainy in parts. It looks much more expensive than it was, and fits in well with my modern/mission decor. The colors are true to the picture shown online. Assembly took me approximately 15-20 minutes on my own, free of frustration, and resulted in a very pretty, very sturdy shelf perfect for my needs - a book shelf next to a desk that will have things sitting on top of and within it. The rattan baskets are nice plus, though I'm not sure I'll use them every day - they also seem well-made. Ok i saw these online and decided to go to target to check them out before i ordered. My target had one on display and it looked very nice. i decided to purchase in store despite online [price] just to get them home! So modern and stylish. Easy to put together the instructions are all numbered and the hardware comes in a cardboard bubble package the screws and bolts are separated according to what step in assembly you are doing so it makes it super easy to put together. The piece is made of MDF but looks nice once assembled. A piece cracked when i was putting together but i called the help number and they are sending me a replacement piece free of charge. I bought this bookcase to fill an empty corner in my bedroom that needed some nicer organization. I assembled it in about a half hour and I am very impressed with the overall look... appears much more expensive than it actually is. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars on quality was there were a few scuffs on two of the shelves, but a little furniture polish helped to diminish them a bit, and the pegs that connect the upper and lower pieces did not want to go in as easily as they probably should have. Also, heads up on the 3 wood screws required to secure the two pieces... one screw goes on the back two pieces and attaches fine, however the screws that go into the side pieces were at a very awkward angle and difficult to screw in - you need a short phillips head or it won't go in... I ended up using a swiss army knife. All in all I'm very happy with the shelf and you can't beat the price. Oh, and shipping was super fast, got here a week earlier than Target quoted!! see less

The price is what drew me to this table, and the fold down leaves for saving space. My only complaint so far, is that the leaves were not the same color. One was painted uniformly and the same as the center panel, but the other has a different tint which is noticeable. I may just add a coat of robin's egg blue to the entire top and add some character to as well. I agree it is a pain to put together. Two people are needed. However, it is a great shelf once together and ready for use. The cost is a bit high, but it is real wood and not cardboard. We use it in our closet to house electronics and file containers, as well as, books. It would look great anywhere, which is why we will probably order another for our son's room. see less

These were nice but I didn't love them so I didn't keep them. I put one together and it was very easy, took about 10 minutes. All the holes lined up. The fabric is a micro suede so if you touch the fabric it leaves the imprint. Also, some of the nail heads were put in at an odd angle so they didn't line up perfectly and when you attach the seat to the back they also don't line up perfectly. The chair is also a little shorter than described, it's more like 33.5" high. I was able to return them to the store, [...] Overall, nice chairs just didn't work right with my space. see less

I ordered this item not sure I would be able to assemble it alone. The parts are clearly labeled and the screws, etc are individually bagged and labeled. It even came with the screwdriver needed. The directions are clear with pictures. This was so easy to assemble, that my 5 year old helped!Now that the cart is assembled and I have had it for a few weeks, I love it! I keep my laptop in my family room. My husband hates all the accessories to the laptop being in the family room. I hate leaving the room to go get them. This cart stores all the CDs, thumb drives, books, boxed sets [.....], etc for the laptop. I even put my digital camera, camcorder and all the parts for it in this cart, including headphones. The only problem I have with it is that it is too high, even at the lowest setting, for me to use it while sitting in my recliner. The adjustable height is nice for when I use it elsewhere because I can adjust it for the height of the chair I am in. With it at its lowest setting, my 5 year old can stand in front of it and use it comfortably. He is around 4 feet tall, so the laptop cart hits him exactly where it needs to for him to be on it while standing. The fact that it has wheels makes it easy to store out of the way when I am not using my laptop. This will come in handy when my infant starts crawling.I would definitely recommend this cart if you are looking for an easy assembly and storage for your laptop. This cart wouldn't be good for major work to be done on it. There isn't any space for you to use the top of the cart as a surface for writing if your laptop is on it. see less
