I've hiked with them 4 times now in Red Rock Canyon, Nevada, and they have been outstanding. They were easy to set up and lock my desired position into place. They stay locked for me, no problem. The carbide tips are amazing, and can grip on a sandstone rock at a 45 degree angle and hold me coming up as well as going down. They've taken me from "can't hike anymore" due to an injury to being able to hike again - on moderate trails! I've taken to using them during walks around my neighborhood and I've went from walking 1.5 miles after 6 months of physical therapy to 3 miles, no problem and no pain, in the last 3 weeks. These inexpensive little sticks gave me a part of my life back. I can see myself wearing these out. I absolutely love them. see less

Just bought a set of these walking poles. Used them for 1 1/2 hours walking on snowy/icy sidewalks. They did great. You can remove the rubber tips to expose ends that are great for snow/ice/dirt. They are very easily adjustable. I look forward to using them for hiking as well as regular walking. see less

Poles have NO instructions. Rotate shafts counterclockwise wise ,lefty loosey. Extend to correct length, chest height and righty tightly,clockwise To lock in the correct lenght. Notice there is a locking snap when tight enough, this makes the shock spring locked and the shaft full stiff. Trun counter wise loosen just enought to fell the shaft unsnap to have the poles engage the shock spring into action.. Work with them and you will figure it out ! see less

My 13 year old son wanted to get a snowboard for christmas. Not knowing if he would even like snowboarding, I didn't want to spend a fortune on one and then he wouldn't use it. This snowboard was a good price and it seems to be well made. The bindings are a heavy plastic so we'll see how long they last. But it seems to be a good board for a beginner, and if it turns out he really likes snowboarding we'll invest in a better one. But for the price and quality of this, I would recommend it for a starter board. see less

I bought this snowboard f ... see more

I bought this snowboard for my 12 - soon to be 13 year old son. He says it rides smoothly and is easy to control but wishes it had metal edging. Also the top binding is not strong enough to support his feet - it opens when he shuffles to the side. Considering the price we paid we are happy with the purchase. He will have fun with it this winter and will know if he likes snowboarding enough to invest in a higher grade board. see less

I bought this for my 10 year old son who is a beginner skateboarder. I didn't want to get him an expensive snowboard, so got him this to try out. He LOVED it, had so much fun from the get-go. I would recommend this for beginners who don't want to spend a lot but will get tons of fun! see less
