In college, you sometimes don't want to make that long walk to the rec center so i bought this mat so I would be able to work out in my room without hurting my back. The mat was great because of its length and comfort. I was able to fit my entire body on it and it allowed me to have plenty of cushion between me and the floor. Great workout mat and on top of everything, it is green(environmentally friendly). see less

I have only used a few exercise mats in the past, and none of them have been at all memorable until this one. I love this mats thick padding. It is so squishy and comfortable that I have been tempted to nap on it after using. Ha. I recommend this mat. see less

I, too, saw small dimples on my mat after a few uses, but they only give this mat more character. I mean, why would you want a mat if it looked unused anyhow. This is a great eco friendly foam mat, and I am going to buy another for my neighbor I do pilates with. Go National Fitness. see less

This is the perfect size to travel. Easy to store at home. It works with any door and includes everything you need for a full body workout. The dvd is short and sweet - just a simple explanation of how to do the suggested exercises. Would definitely recommend. see less

So far these cords work well and havent burts like my previous bands (Ripcords) while doing the p90x. Great thing is that they could be combined for added resistance. would definately purchase heavier weights to add on in the future. see less

It's a 30 minute workout if you use the DVD and it will be the best workout you've ever done. Really works you hard, but in a good way. I would recommend this product to everyone. The design of the bell is genius as it's much more easy to use.You must watch the DVD if you haven't used a kettlebell before. I can't wait to see a more toned me. see less

I have worked out with bob harper and jillian michaels on various biggest loser dvd's and their own dvd's and have enjoyed a substantial weight loss the new bob harper kettlebells i purchased are helping me to continue on my weight loss journey. They are very comfortable to use when doing kettlebell workouts and I would suggest them to anyone over a traditional kettlebell. see less

I wanted a good workout for home that incorporates strength training and cardio for when I can't make it to the gym. I didn't want to spend a ton of cash, though, so I decided to give this a shot. So glad I did! Bob Harper really makes sure you understand the movements and keep your form, without being annoying. It's like having a trainer at home with you! The KettleBell is easy to handle and workout really gets your heart pumping without alot of jumping up and down (I have knee issues)...Will buy the next size up when I am ready but right now 7 pounds is enough! see less

I have purchased products in the past marketed by Biggest Loser trainers and have been extremely satisfied with the results of their training programs. I love Bob Harper's kickboxing video so when I saw this product and its design I wanted to give it a try. This is a great item, the contour design is perfect and makes it much more comfortable against your arm. The DVD included is a great starter video. I had tried yoga a few times in the past, but was never able to fully get into it. Perhaps it was the idea of practicing a sport that is supposed to put you at peace with yourself and the world around you, all the while you are standing/posing on a mat made from PVC and other harmful chemicals. Then my friend introduced me to natural rubber yoga mats. What a difference they make. Now I can easily work on my Downward Dog and not have to fight off thoughts on how bad my mat is for me, my neighbor and our planet. Pick up one of these mats, you will not be let down. see less

I bought this mat after narrowing it down between this one and Jute mat. After reading the number of reviews on both, I settled on this one. Thank heavens, since this one is superb while I continue to hear complaints about the Jute mat breaking in only weeks. This is a thinner than the mat I use at home but the lighter weight makes it easy to carry with me when I go to class. It has good traction, especially compared to other "green" mats I have tried in the past. Much, much better than a PVC mat. see less
