I want to Thanks to Target for the quick email saying the new furby was ready for me to order and for the fast shipping just got it today in the mail. I am very sure my daughter will enjoy getting it for her birthday. will order more later down the line.
We charged it overnight, but each time the dog was turned on, it rotated onto its side, moved a little, righted itself, then curved sideways and became unresponsive. I called the manufacturer's customer service and they asked me to try a few things before having me try to charge it again. Later, they assured me that this had never happened before and eventually had me try to reset the system. When nothing ever changed, after over 30 mins of trying different things, they asked if they could have the dog shipped back to them to try to troubleshoot it. It would have been no problem, except that the representative said it would probably be 4 to 8 weeks before they could send a replacement as they had none in stock. My nine year old was extremely frustrated & we returned the toy for a refund. It would have been a fun toy if it had ever worked.
