We bought this set for my nearly 2 year old daughter for Christmas this year, and she loves it! After she opened it, she didn't want to open any more of her gifts; she just wanted to play with that one. (As a matter of fact, she is sitting on the floor next to me, playing with them now.) I like it because the pieces are all big enough that I don't have to worry about her choking on anything. And, as she learns to put together and take apart the blocks, she is working on her fine motor skills. You can also play games with the blocks and the box to help your child learn concepts like "in" and "out" and learning to put things away. This is a classic toy, and this set in particular is a great starter set. I would highly recommend it for every toddler! see less

Duplos are a great toy for little builders. This set in particular is fantastic as it comes with several animals, a zoo keeper, his vehicle, and food for the animals too. My kids spend a lot of time building homes for each animal. see less

Our son is 3 and we still a lot of fun with the Lego duplos. He seemed to be in to gas stations all of a sudden so he was thrilled to get this! The detail is great and he even pulls his matchbox/hot wheels cars up to get gas. As always Legos are great for imagination and allowing for their own configurations with sets he already has. My 4-year-old son recently got this set and he loves it! It comes with many pieces and 4 cars which is perfect for sharing with his little sister. It has two cool ramp pieces included that have been used in our house for starting races, making a winner circle, and making a ramp hideout to get away from bad guys. It's a fun set, a bit overpriced but has many more pieces than other sets I have seen. Fun for a duplo or cars fan! see less

This is an awesome toy! My little boy loves it. It is fun, colorful, and educational all in one. It helps with creativity and following directions while learning about what is on a farm. It would be great for kids around2 or so, but I think once they are about 4, they need more legos or something a little harder to keep their interest. My 4 year old really liked this toy. When we received the toy I thought it might be too young for him however he had a great time with it. He put all the animals together very quickly and then said the book was his "instruction manual". My 8 year old daughter made a game for him by timing how fast he could put the animals together. Then she would pretend to check the "instruction manual" and would add time if he did something incorrectly. I think he got them all in about 40 seconds. This kept them entertained for quite awhile. My 3 years old son loves this Lego toy I gave him. As soon as it came out of package, he wanted me to read the book to him while he was trying to match all the pieces like shown in the book and built the animals. After I finished reading the book, he immediately grabbed the book and pretended to read it and built all of the animals again at once.
