Can I return or exchange Target GiftCards?

Yes. Returns or exchanges require a proof of purchase, must be made within 90 days of purchase and are subject to a 10% restocking fee, unless prohibited by law.

Cards are made up from 43% recycled material. Packaging is printed on recycled stock and is FSC certified.

Can I include a personal message with my gift card?

Absolutely! We can print your personal message on a letter that's attached to the gift card. We can send all the gift cards and letters to you, or we can send them directly to your entire list through our Individual Fulfillment service.

How does delayed activation work?

For orders over $2,000, we'll send you a secure email with directions on how to activate your cards online. If you do not wish to have your order shipped using delayed activation, please call 1-800-5GIFTS5 (5443875) to speak with a member of our gift card team.

How do I pay by check?

After your order is placed, you'll receive an emailed invoice from Target. Send a copy of the invoice and a check to:

Gift cards can be redeemed for merchandise or services (other than American Express^® and Visa^® gift cards and prepaid cards) at Target stores in the U.S. or Target.com, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit except where required by law. What are the shipping charges for Target GiftCards?

If you're shipping to a single address:

• Standard shipping (3 to 5 business days) is free.
• Rush shipping (2 to 3 business days) costs $8.00.

If you're shipping to multiple recipients, the cost is $1.50 per address.

Can Target ship gift cards to more than one address?

Yes. If you'd like, we can ship your gift cards directly to the individual recipients. This service is an alternative to bulk shipping, and is provided for a nominal fee per recipient that includes processing and postage.

Can Target ship gift cards outside of the United States?

We cannot ship gift cards or other Target products internationally or to U.S. Protectorates, Guam or the Virgin Islands. However, we can ship to APO and FPO addresses and Puerto Rico.

How long will it take to receive my gift cards?

Standard shipping for bulk gift cards is 3-5 business days, but you can rush ship them for a small fee and receive them within 2-3 business days.
