Start by pressing graham cracker crust (mixture of graham crackers, sugar and butter) in the bottom of cup and freeze. While that’s cooling, prepare blue Jell-O and let cool to room temperature. Fill cup halfway with Jell-O, and place it in the fridge to solidify. Add shark gummies and cover with more Jell-O. Let set and top it with whipped cream.
Tip: Freeze or really chill the bottom layer of graham cracker crust so it stays solid once you pour the Jell-O on top.
