It only takes a few ingredients to make this protein-packed sub for traditional bread—and take your sandwich game to new levels.
Mix 1 cup cottage cheese, 2 eggs & desired seasonings in a blender until smooth. Pour onto large rimmed baking pan lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350°F for 30–40 minutes or until browned in spots. Cool, top and fold!
