Q: The package says to take 2 tablets with a full glass of water 3 times a day. Does this mean that I need to drink 3 glasses of water, or to take 2 tablets 3 different times for a total of 6 in one day?

A:Â A total of 6 tablets a day, over the span of 3 instances. So you would take 2 in the morning, 2 at noon-ish, and 2 at night. This works fast and no urine discoloration. Now the bad. If you read the ingredient list it’s full of artificial colors, ones that have been proven to cause cancer. Why is it necessary to add color to these tabs? You’d think AZO would try to eliminate unnecessary and harmful ingredients from something that’s supposed to make you healthier. This carelessness on their part made me look elsewhere for same supplements but with cleaner ingredients.

I use these as soon as I even slightly feel a UTI coming on, combined with drinking LOTS of water, and it works very fast and effectively. I also sometimes take as a preventative with a full glass of water after being intimate if I know I haven’t drunk enough water beforehand to pee a substantial amount immediately after, and it’s kept my recurring UTI’s away. But still always remember to stay hydrated and pee after intimacy and/or self play!!
