Good while it lasted. Only had it for a year, barely used it and it lost power. Ninja offered 20% off to buy another.

I have had this less than a year & use it 3-4 times a month. The blender base has fallen apart. Reached out to Ninja and they replaced it for $25 (missing functions on the replacement base but works). Now Went to make smoothie and the blade base is cracked. CHEAPLY MADE for $170

Liked it while it lasted. I’ve had this for around 6 months and definitely don’t use it everyday— but it’s already falling apart. Black plastic pieces coming out of the bottom. The entire bottom literally fell off and metal washers fell out. Completely fell apart! I will be seeking a full refund for this

This blender is easy to use and durable. It works great for salsas, smoothies, cocktails and food processing. Love the different attachments

I LOVED this blender but it broke just a couple of weeks after the 1 year limited warranty. I am so sad!

I make a detox smoothie every afternoon, so I splurged and bought this. This thing is amazing! Power like you won’t believe! The stacked blade is what sold me. No more stopping to poke the light stuff like spinach down to the bottom. Just beware!! The blade is super sharp. I’ve cut myself 3 times by just bumping a knuckle on it while cleaning it. A phenomenal product overall.

I love ninjas products and had this blender for 2 years. Today it decided to split in half when I was cleaning the counter and the suction was the culprit.

I bought this blender around June or July of 2022. I have probably used it about 10 times total. I had previously noticed leaking but thought maybe I spilled. Today the lid was completely leaking a lot!! I had filled the blender up about 1/4 of the way with liquid, nowhere near the liquid max line. My gasket is clean, I doubt it’s overused being I’ve hardly used it. Reading the reviews, I see I’m not the only one with a lid that leaks. I’ve bought 4 ninja blenders because I love giving them away as gifts.. I’m just going to invest in a vitamix & start giving away air fryers or something. What good are the super sharp blades if it causes a mess when you use it.

LOVE this blender. Love the option to make in a smaller cup and just go. Looked forever for a good quality blender that wasn’t overly expensive and this one is the best by far! Have had it a little over 6 months without any issues and we use it 1-2 times a day!! Highly recommend

My wife went to put the blender away and the suction cups gripped the counter so hard that all four screws holding the base together sheared and the base broke apart. Ninja only offered to give a 50% discount to purchase a new base, which I'm definitely not going to pay again for knowing the build quality. Even more disappointing, I purchased the two year warranty from Target (AllState?) and they claim the broken base is not covered under the warranty because it's not considered electrical or mechanical damage. Save your money and buy a blender from a manufacturer that doesn't skimp on build quality and stands behinds their products when they fail.

I bought this blender system in July, along with the Allstate protection plan. By September, the pitcher's lid was starting to leak. A month later, the blending cup was beginning to leak. By early November, the large pitcher's base began to crack. Allstate refused to provide any assistance because the blender was still under the manufacturer's warranty. Ninja refused to offer any assistance because the blender was not purchased directly from them. Lesson Learned: NEVER buy another Ninja product. The blade used for the personal blender cup is prone to mold. The rubber seal isn't easy to remove so you can't clean under it, but moisture is bound to get under there from cleaning....

The best blender purchase I've ever made, excellent speed and power!

It just blew up! I use it often and one day it made a horrendous noise and smoke was coming out of it. I placed the blender into the receiver correctly, I always check. Didn’t even last one year! And now I cannot return it. Waste of money!!
