It does exactly what it’s supposed to do. I wish it was SLIGHTLY LARGER and I’d give it a 5. It’s much better than a regular pillow for sure. It takes some time to get used to but it’s been about 5 days. I would recommend it for Back or Knee issues. A BARGAIN !

This is so much better than a regular pillow for in between knees. This is a good height/width for my 5’4” frame. The material is kind of like memory foam, but soft - not super dense. It wont leave an indent, it’s more springy. I like that it has a removable cover. Subtracted one star because it doesn’t allow air flow and can get sweaty.

Unfortunately, she found this to a bit too big to be comfortable. The cover had a nice texture and appears very well made but like any pillow, preferences vary, so I suggest trying it first.

Since I've been using this pillow I feel like it has elevated my knees higher than with my regular pillow. I have not been as stiff when I wake up either. Over the last few years I’ve had 2 knee surgeries (a meniscectomy on one knee and a synovectomy on the other) and have been dealing with 2 bulging discs In my lower back. Needless to say, getting comfortable had been near impossible. Enter this gem! It takes so much pressure off both my knees and my back! I don’t know how I’ve survived for so long without it!
