Decided to start making my own waffles and save some $$ and went with Cuisinart. Once I figured out how much mix to apply it was super easy to get great tasting (and looking) waffles each and every time. The maintenance on this waffle maker is about as simple as you can get with almost no cleaning required. I'd say it is almost foolproof! Well worth the purchase.

This has always been our favorite waffle maker since you can no longer find the style with the waffle iron on one side and the griddle on the other got grilled cheese sandwiches (old school unit). Our old Classic waffle iron gave up the ghost and we wanted another one, but they were in short supply, so waited until general availability was back on. And, we were not disappointed. Straight out of the box - perfect waffles!! And, neither oof us really care for Belgian style waffles, so this classic model is perfect for us.

This makes good quality waffles in just a few minutes. The temperature control gives you flexibility in how crispy you want the waffle. But note that the main reason it’s so fast is because the griddle is quite shallow, which gives you a rather thin waffle. If you like your waffles thicker, don’t get this.

I grew up with this waffle makers in my parent’s house. 20 years later and I bought the exact same one. It’s phenomenal if you like waffles. It’s even better if you love them. Easy to clean, waffles are made quickly, it’s an easy to navigate system. Just 10/10

Pricey for its size. The marker equals exactly 1 regular size waffle cut into 4 sliced rounded pieces. Does overflow, so measure accurately. Temperature/doneness gauge haven't figured it out yet? Cooked all the Way the thru,3-6 mins.
