[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After my 3rd was born I developed Postpartum anxiety so when I was pregnant with our 4th I searched for something natural to have on hand, just in case. This was the winner! And not just for anxiety. This amazing stuff helps calms my mood when I’m not pregnant, it helps when I’m extra moody towards my precious children and covers anxiety. I ALWAYS make sure to have a bottle on hand pretty much since 2016 - between hormones with breastfeeding and pregnancies it really is a must for mood support! I just reordered it to have a new bottle on hand for when baby #7 arrives here within a week or two! It’s also perfect for those few “baby blue” days around weeks 1/2. I generally take it for preventative a few days after birth up to those first few weeks. It’s wonderful, you won’t be disappointed! I wish it was safe in pregnancy, because I get a moody sometimes during my pregnancies and the stress pregnancy tincture, helps but the herbs in this tincture work with my body much Better.

My 4th baby is a month old. I have been taking this for 3 weeks. I ran out and I could absolutely tell, had a rough couple days. This will be one of my go to things to bring postpartum moms. I had a lot calmer demeanor and I could 100% tell the difference when I ran out. I used it alongside After Ease and Milk Ducts, the combo was SO helpful to cover all my bases.. resulting in way way easier recovery and newborn phase. I cant recommend these enough and wish I'd found them sooner.
