While taking some vitamins ,If I leave off the Sentry, Vitamin, I feel tired so it gives me energy and strength I need for the day. I have to have this one to feel good and will always take it .

Good For Seniors, and Not
This is like Centrum Senior, which is recommended as one of the best multiviamins for men of any age. I also take a B-Complex in conjunction with this. My energy level is great. Only 50% RDA of vitamin A, but it is not a problem. I get more of it from my food. Contains Lycopene, and Selenium for a healthy prostate, but soy can also keep it healthy. I am a vegan vegatarian, I consume lots of soy.

Best Vitamin for me
I've tried numerous multli-vitamins for seniors, but this one has the most bang for my buck. So many vitamins (especially for senior women) have too many hormone enhancing herbs and such, some of which are not safe, especially when combined. I would recommend this to anyone, male or female.

Swanson's makes it less expensive to take daily supplements. The Sentry Senior is a great "all around" vitamin, and if for some reason I can't get all my supplements, I feel that at least taking one of these daily will fill the void.

As Good as Name Brand
21st Century Sentry Senior has ingredients identical (I think) to the name brand - at a much better price. As Swanson's sells ONLY high quality products, I am confident that all products perform well. That said, how does one determine how well a multivitamin work? I could stop taking it for a month. But, even if I feel differently, how would I prove the difference was caused by stopping? I would recommend this product to anyone.
