[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m happy with the rug. Service was good, delivery as promised, and it looks good in the space. It had a strong smell out of the box that is just starting to dissipate after two weeks. It also looked warmer in the photos than in person. I do recommend using RugsUSA, though — overall, I’m satisfied.
