Terrible taste

Thumbs down graphic, would not recommend

I had previously bought these from Amazon and really liked the vitamins so when I ran out I figured I'd pick up another bottle at Target and OMG these taste and smell horrible. Literally like a dead fish. I am so confused what happened as my previous bottle did not have a smell at all. It is hard enough having morning sickness and when you add the smell of these in there is no way I can take those. I am really upset with my purchase and will be reaching out for a refund.
WHAT THE HECK DID THEY DO TO THESE?!

What the heck did they do to these!!? 🤢 I used these during my entire pregnancy and while breastfeeding and they were great! No taste, smell, and easy going down (especially important for that 1st trimester nausea), but NOW OMG. I shiver just thinking about the taste of dead fish in my mouth. I can’t imagine trying to stomach these in the first trimester. They really did ruin a good thing. I won’t be buying these anymore.

This bottle of vitamins smells completely rancid. The vitamins have a strong fishy smell and taste. It also left my hands smelling fishy. I used these my entire first pregnancy with no issue, and I hope the issue is resolved soon.

This new bottle smells horribly fishy. I have not had this happen before. My Hans smell fishy now from just opening the bottle. I'm wondering if they are safe to take.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We truly value your feedback and have added more quality checkpoints to better address the odor concerns. While unpleasant, the taste and odor do not affect the potency or safety of the product and regret any concern this may have caused.

I’ve been using this brand for a while. This same vitamin with my first pregnancy and now with my second. I reordered this vitamin, this time from Target and it smells like fish, tastes like fish, it’s so disgusting. I can barely stomach it.

I’ve bought these for two of my pregnancy’s. They shouldn’t smell at all. However, I have in the past bought 2 bottles and they have smelled fishy and I have contacted the company and they reimburse you because it’s not normal.

I have taken these Prenatals on and off over the last 10 years. I recently bought a new bottle and the smell is now absolutely disgusting. I am determined to get through the bottle as they aren't cheap. I have to ensure I don't touch them with my hands otherwise I swear my hands smell like them for hours.

I been using these since 2021 and never had an issue with them! I brought a bottle in September and everything was fine until the other day. I went to take it like normal and it smelled and tasted like straight fish! It made me want to throw up. Went to get a new bottle and the same thing. A brand new bottle! I’m so upset because these are the only ones I like. Please fix this problem

I have taken these my whole pregnancy and have had no issues. After reading reviews, I was worried to buy them again. Sounds like they were reformulated and some have fishy smell. However, my recent ones purchased are still the same. No issues or smells with them.

I have been taking these for years and never had an issue with taste or smell. Recently the bottles I’ve bought smell awful and taste even worse. I get straight rotten fish smell/taste and I can’t even take them anymore. I feel like the formula has changed and I am not a fan! I can’t even finish my big open bottle

Overpriced as compared to other retailers, not sure why there seems to be such huge variation of price here.

I bought my bottle of Naturemade probably a little over a month ago. It was fine up until the last two weeks when there was a strong fish odor, to the point that I can't even touch them with my fingers because it gets on my fingers. I have to take the pill from the cap to avoid the strong smell getting on me. Not sure what is happening. First time taking these.

I have been using these for 1 1/2 years and have loved them. It's a great quality, good ingredients, and simple to take. However, the last 2 bottles I bought were unbearable. The first bottle had black spots and oil all over the pills and an extremely overwhelming smell of fish. The second bottle I just opened today has that same terrible smell and are all oily. I don't want to switch brands but I also don't want to keep wasting money buying these if this is what I can expect from now on.
