This is my go to hair dye. I do feel it’s definitely damaging more to use but for box dye very awesome job. Keep in mind for some of y’all that it didn’t work on either y’all had your hair previously box dyed or your hair is too dark or have locs you got to use better quality. I know how dye hair and this works perfectly

Don’t buy. When I first dyed my hair it was amazing. I waited over a week to relax my hair. And it literally went back to brown. Total waste. I want my money back

We are sorry to hear your results did not last as long as expected. Frequent shampoos, exposure to sun, pollution, permanent waves, blow-drying, and hair straighteners can cause artificial color to fade. After relaxing the hair, we recommend waiting 2 weeks before or after coloring. After applying a relaxer, you can expect to have some color fade. It may be necessary for you to apply your haircolor every three to four weeks to maintain the desired shade. Apply the color to your hair following the instructions for a touch-up application. This is important because if the haircolor mixture is always applied to the whole head for the full processing time, the hair that has been lightened will become over lightened, which will also cause fading. I usually get the Luminous Blonde which works great turning my black hair blonde. I decided to try this one to see if I can get it a lighter shade than the Luminous takes it and my hair didn’t change AT ALL . still completely black. I’m so disappointed that I wasted my money on this and it actually costs more than the Luminous Blonde!

If I could give a negative star, I would. I've been natural for 5 years. If you're thinking about buying this please don't. It broke off my ends I had to take an inch off of my hair from the damage. Just get a professional to dye your hair even if it's just jet black.

This product does not work. To all my natural sistas out there with 4C coiled hair, this is not for you. I highly recommend going to get your hair dyed by a professional. I’d rather pay more money to have it done the right way than wasting my time.

Not as described. I left it on longer and my hair barely changed color. I have farm brown hair and in the sun it sorta has a little reddish tint but it has to be really sunny to even notice. Inside my hair is still brown.

I lived the spicy red with the color booster but I can't find it with the booster anymore. Trying to purchase it. With it I get the perfect amount of red. The color doesn't show up without the booster. If you stopped including please make it available for purchase.

I love Dark & Lovely Go Intense product line! In the past I have tried several brands of hair dyes including the all natural hennas that you buy from the Indian stores and nothing works like D&L Go intense line. The color is vibrant and it last! I also found that it does not dry out my hair like other hair coloring. My favorite color is the plum. I see that there only 1 type of plum now. There used to be two.
