Q: is the product supposed to smell and look like watered down school glue? everytime I apply the product to my face it sort of feels like glue and I'm not sure if it's like that for everyone or if it's just my bottle.

Q: I have combination skin. I get pimples which eventually end up with the white tip. I have some acne scars. I also have blackheads on my nose and chin crease. I have them on my cheeks as well i assume from clogged pores. Will this help for all of that ?

I’m so impressed how fast this product worked for my acne. I was experiencing hormonal acne due to pregnancy (5 months) my skin went haywire with the change of hormones. I didn’t even experience acne in my teen years so being 31 with redness and acne on my cheeks I had no idea what to try to help the situation. I found that this product had amazing reviews on Influenster and a lot of people on TikTok recommend this product while pregnant. So I gave it a try and it took about 4-5 days for my skin to completely clear up. With acne I felt super guilty wearing makeup because I didn’t want to make my skin worse so I used the CeraVe acne cleanser, serum and a bb cream only on my skin while it was healing up. I now feel comfortable wearing makeup again and am not fearful of my skin breaking out because I know I have this product as a backup. This product actually does dry out the skin quite a bit so I will not be using this as a part of my daily routine but I will keep this if I have any problems with my skin in the future.
This is the best - please make a travel size!

This 4% benzoyl peroxide acne cleanser is medicated enough to keep my acne under control, but not too harsh and irritating. My skin feels clean but not stripped. I like that it has ingredients like hyaluronic acid, ceramides, and niacinamide that make my skin feel healthier and my skin barrier protected. I recommend this one above any other brands and will repurchase over and over again. I've tried so many acne washes and this one by far is the best!

This product saved my life. When i was a teen i have a lot of acne and nothing worked . When i found this cleanser i was a bit doubtful bcz it wasnt as soapy as other face wash. But only after 3 months y notice a big difference ♡

not sure if it's too creamy for me, I felt like skin is not as clean as when I use the neutrogena orange cleanser liquid. FYI any benzoyl peroxide product will bleach your sheets and clothes.

I love this face wash to take away all the impurities and oil from the whole day! I use this a few times a week for acne co tell. It’s a great basic face wash and a little goes a long way. This tube lasted me for more than half a year!! Great price point as well!

I’ve switched over from the Squalene Cleanser(Ordinary) to this wash and it’s helped me so much. My face has cleared up a bit within 2 weeks of using it. I get compliments from other people of my face and I recommend this product for anyone. Since it includes Benzoyl Peroxide it’s more efficient for younger faces.

I am obsessed with this cleanser my skin started breaking out more recently after a few years having my acne under control. It was very discouraging. I saw someone online raving about this cleanser and she had a similar skin type to me. This is the best cleanser I’ve tried ever. It got my acne back under control in mere days. My skin was radiant and soft after each wash. I can’t stop grabbing this. Usually the benzoyl peroxide is very drying on me but cerve got it down to perfection. I have been missing out not trying cerve products. Grateful for this find!

First off all i came across this product thru thé cerave online quiz i did ik was excited to try this product but unfortunately it did not work for me my face still looks the same as it did before, it did not prevent new break outs at all and the product does nat foam.

i have combination skin and this made my skin feel tight and dry. its for sure stripping. my face feels clean after using it but its just way too stripping for me. probably would be nice for someone with super oily skin but only reccomend using it at night.

I have been dealing with acne before and after I got off birth control and I am 29. I have tried everything from proactive, to murad, to juice beauty and even flo vitamins and retro hormonal acne vitamins and nothing has worked. Differin gel was helping but not enough until I started using this product with the cerave AM sunscreen moisturizer with it. In less than 3 weeks my textured skin and little white spots along with acne are 10x better. I haven't seen my skin this clear in years even when taking birth control. I Will always use this product!
