Our Generation Marvelous Mermaid Swimsuit Outfit for 18" Dolls

The swimsuit and accessories are adorable, but the shoes are tough to get on the doll's feet, and the glasses are a little too big and don't stay on her face as well as the sunglasses from other OG swim sets.

Purchased this item for my 7 year old daughter before our Florida vacation. It fit her American Girl doll perfectly. The shoes were a little tough to put on but that makes sense so they don’t fall off. Overall perfect for the occasion and the doll!

The Sandal Broke Right Away, My Daughter Was Very Happy With The Swimming Suit And The Accessories But She Was Having Hard Time Putting The Sandals On The Doll, So When I Tried It Snapped Real Fast, So For "My Life" Dolls This Sandals Are Not A Perfect Fit, I Guess.

I bought this for my daughter and she loved it. She immediately put it on her doll.

We bought this yesterday because it looked cute in person but when we took it out of the package before even putting the sandals on the doll, one of them had already come apart where it was glued together. Secondly, the sunglasses were super cute but would not stay on the doll, not even for a second. We then realized one of the sides opens too wide because it was made poorly. Third, we have other our generation swim suits and this one looks and feels the cheapest. The straps dig into the dolls neck and hide so it doesn’t look as cute up top and one of the purple ruffles on the legs is sewn bad so it’s constantly staying flipped up showing the white color underneath. I wanted this to work and be cute but I feel it was just poorly made compared to the other swimsuit sets.

This is an adorable mermaid bathing suit set. My daughter absolutely loves it. I took off one star because one of the shoes came apart right away. Otherwise it is great!

My daughter loved putting her doll in this outfit. She now wants a swimsuit to match. We take her doll in the pool and rince her off when we get out so the chemicals don't affect the clothes. The design for this mermaid swimsuit for dolls is cute. The material on the other hand it’s not that cute. I think the material that it is made of is too thin, That it makes the leg holes very saggy looking. My daughter took it to the pool and had to use her own personal towel to wipe the doll off from being wet. The towel it comes with is too flimsy. The only thing made out of strong material from this package is this sandal. It looks cute from a far but up close it is very cheap looking. My daughter has plenty of 18 inch dolls and tried it this swimsuit on all of them and we came up with the same conclusion on the way it feels and looks. It is a very cute swimsuit though.
