We ordered this light for our small half bath on our main entryway. I was a little nervous about the size of this and it overwhelming the room, but I knew I needed at least a three-lamp fixture to illuminate this space, and it worked out perfectly. I mounted it with the bulbs facing down and had no issue with installation (didn't read the manual either - it was very straightforward just looking at the parts). The unit is extremely well made and is considerably heavier than expected. No cheap plastic/resin parts to be found! Even the bulb canopies were weighty and thicker than I've ever seen on a light fixture. This is probably the beefiest, well build fixture I've come across. With that said, make sure the electrical box is well secured before installing. Also, the unit was very well packaged. There would be little risk of any damage in transit. I'm completely happy and satisfied with this purchase - this was the icing on the cake for our bathroom remodel!

Stunning, classy looking light! We used it in our master bathroom.Just the right amount of light. Warm golden light, easy on eyes. Looks beautiful with beige walls & oil rubbed bronze faucets. This light fixture solved problem of slanted ceiling where had little space veritcally to install light. The fixture is beautiful, quite heavy and appears well made. I was surprised that the globes just twist on with a half turn; it made me nervous so I mounted them up instead of down (what if they jiggled loose and fell?) But because the globes are darker, we've had a little trouble getting the light we want. I think since we have tan walls, it will improve when we mount the mirror underneath. I was looking for something different with character and found it.

This product is limited to vanity lighting. I purchased two to go over double sinks in our master bath, which is quite large. Each fixture takes 3 regular 40 watt bulbs which provide ample lighting.I've searched extensively in stores and on-line for something that was stylish, yet affordableand am very pleased with this product.
