Our Generation Plaid & Preppy School Outfit for 18" Dolls

The outfit is cute. Love the colors. My daughter had a problem getting the buttons unbuttoned due to the tiny threads around button holes. The threads kept looping/catching around the buttons making it difficult for my daughters hands to unfasten. Maybe a Velcro strip would work on shirt with the appearance of buttons. It does teach your child to learn to button tho, just frustrated when buttons continuesly get stuck on thread. Don't want to cut the thread because I'm afraid it will unravel. The bowtie seems ok but with on and off continually it looks to come apart overtime with the few threads keeping it together. Overall cute outfit.

Includes: buttoned plaid shirt, pair of pants with cute suspenders, a bowtie, sunglasses, and shoes.it looks so cute on .outfit has easy-open closures to quickly put on and remove; compatible with most 18-inch dolls, outfits, and accessories. .... it washes up well too. this is a great product . i would highly recommend it

I was so excited to see this outfit and ordered it right away. Unfortunately I was disappointed when it arrived. It’s not what I was expecting and was just okay. To be fair, I tried it on an AG boy doll and an OG doll which it was made for in the first place. On the AG doll the pants were SO tight. On the OG doll they weren’t as tight because he has a smaller body than the AG doll. The top of the pants look weird like it’s missing something. Maybe a fake button or something would have balanced it out. The shoes are very cheap looking. I do love the shirt, tie, and sunglasses. The quality isn’t bad except for the shoes so I would still recommend it but only for an actual Our Generation doll. If you have an AG boy doll, don’t bother unless you want to struggle getting the pants on and off. Also the shoes got stuck on the AG doll’s feet and took some force to get off. I had no issues with the shoes on the OG doll.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 5yr old loves Our Generation dolls, outfits, and accessories! The quality, styles, and value is unbeatable. This boy plaid & preppy outfit fit her Theodore doll perfectly. She was able to put this whole outfit on her doll with no help which, as a parent, I loved because she played independently. The loafers and sunglasses were swapped out as accessories for her girls and she used the plaid shirt as a "shacket." Definitely a gender neutral set and would recommend to others!
