Didn't buy a warranty because I expected the product to last more than 2 weeks before the sound quality to drastically decrease on left headphone before the right one followed shortly after.

We're here to help with your JBL Tune 130NC TWS. Please try these troubleshooting steps. First, do a manual pairing: open the charging case and take out either the left or right side. It will go into pairing mode and connect through your source device. Once connected, take out the other earbuds and they will automatically pair with each other. It is also necessary to reset your JBL Tune 130NC TWS. To do this, double tap on the right earbud. Then, on the second tap, press and hold the button for more than 5 seconds (until the unit shuts off). Please make sure that both earbuds are out of the charging case before doing so. Remove or forget the earbuds from the list of paired Bluetooth devices to pair them again. Our products have a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. Please contact our customer support if you need more help.

Honestly...I've been using old style around the neck BT headphones. But these were a gift, one that I was skeptical about using even much less liking them. Well let me tell you, I LOVE THESE THINGS!! From great music and call quality to ease of use and features - a solid win!! These actually stay IN my ear EASILY and my ear lobes are smaller than average so that's a plus! The only con I can think of may be the noise cancelation could be better possibly? Idk I hardly ever use both at the same time so it's irrelevant for my use. Im extremely pleased!

My ears do not fit the iPhone ear buds, so I was excited to try ones with adjustable ones. But trying them with all 3 sizes, they were just heavy and bulky and fell right off. Going to be returned.

This product has been awful ever since I recieved it. The earphones charge around 30% of the time. I will often take them out of the fully charged pod after hours for them to have not charged at all. This is disappointing because I have used JBL products before and had a good experience however I cannot recommend this product.

Dear Alex, Thank you for your review. Should you have any issues with your device you can contact Harman support on the number: +44(0) 161 222 3325. Open Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am to 3pm. It is not uncommon to have charging problems with True Wireless headphones. You may encounter that charging stops, does not start at all or that one of the ear buds suddenly switches on and begins the pairing process. This is almost always caused by dirt on the metal charging contacts. These contacts are vulnerable because they can easily be contaminated by sweat, skin grease, or ear wax. They are usually gold plated, but gold plating does not prevent surface dirt. If you have charging problems, the first step is to always clean all contact points, on each earbud and on the charging case. You will need: cotton cloth or makeup swab, cotton swabs and rubbing alcohol. Also a pencil with eraser for further cleaning. Use a cotton swab with some rubbing alcohol to clean the charging terminals of the headphones. Rotate the swab and scrub lightly on each contact surface, then use a cotton cloth to remove any dust and cotton residue left on the headphones. It is important to perform this process periodically to keep your headphones clean, thus avoiding affecting the charging speed/quality. Wipe the contact pins in the charging case with a clean cotton swab. The swab can be slightly moistened with rubbing alcohol, but it is important that the interior is completely dry before closing the box. Use the cotton cloth and wait for it to dry. Repeat until the contact points are visibly clean, and charging should work as designed. Try cleaning the contacts with the tip of a pencil and the eraser at the end of the pencil, the graphite and rubber can help to re-establish charging also. This procedure can be performed on all TWS earphones and cases. Should you need further support, please reply to this message directly. Simple to setup, great features in the app, including a fully customizable equalizer, different eq profiles you can save and make, adjust the touch controls for each side within the app. Find them if you misplace one, etc. Sound quality is great. Noise cancellation works very well. Regarding the fit / comfort. It took a little while to find the right eartip to use and to learn how to set them in correctly so they don't fall out etc, but after that the fit is good, and they are fairly comfortable, I wear mine while studying and have been using them for about 6-8 hours / day at least for the last week since I got them. The only other thing is that it is able to pair with multiple devices, but cannot connect simultaneously. So, if you're listening to music with bluetooth on the laptop and want to use your headphones for a call from your phone you have to disconnect from the laptop and then connect to the phone to do so. This can be annoying, but it really is a small annoyance and the connection speed is very fast. Overall I'm very satisfied with these, especially considering the price.

These buds are lightweight and comfortable with huge bass sound. The JBL app also allows you to tinker with the EQ. It doesn't have some of the tech bells and whistles of pricier headphones, but for the price they are excellent.

I got to test these airbuds I mostly used them at the gym and when dancing. They're great for that! The quality is good (not amazing, I've used other earbuds that had better sound quality), but for the price it's a good deal. I also used them while sleeping, they fall out of my ears when I sleep, so they're not the best for that. That's why I give them a 4 instead of a 5 They are

I bought my JBL Tune 130NC TWS 2 weeks ago. I'm happy with how long the battery last but the performance is not quite I'm expecting compared to previous jbl earphones I had. It's not that loud and the bass not that good.

I have tried the JBL Tune 130NC TWS. First I had some problems with connecting the JBL's to my smartphone but after it worked all fine. I think it's a very nice product because it is very small and you can take it easy everywhere. I like the black color and the sound is amazing! I would definitely recommend this product to others. I had never used these product before but I will definitely buy some new ones when I lose this ones.

I have these earbuds for a few weeks now and i have to say i`m really happy with them The noise cancelling is excellent even when the kids are screaming in the background i`m still hearing my music without any issue (or in the time i can continue my phonecall) The tab functions on the earbuds are also perfect, you can skip your song put it on pause or start/end a phonecall without any issues Connecting the earbuds is also very easy even if you decide that you only want one of them in use in stead of both. It`s also comfortable wearing, it fits great and you also get different sizes to make sure that it fits regardless. The sound en especially the bass is also just perfect. All together i`m really happy with my new JBL earbuds and i would recommend them to everyone, the price is great for the quality you get.

I received this wireless earpiece to test and i was amazed how it performed. First i love the packaging it looks very cute and i love the fact that the colour of charger cable is different so make it easier to differentiate it from my other chargers. It charges very quickly and is easy to connect with Bluetooth. The jbl app also make it very easy to use. I love the sound, is very clear.

I’m a little bit doubtful about the earbuds from JBL. At first I think they are great because of the quality. The music sounds great! The noise canceling works well. When I was using those earbuds at the train station the noise canceling give me some peace instead of screaming children. The buds are easy to control. Through the app of JBL you can easily create your own user settings. I did decide to use the left bud for the volume and the right one for the control of going back and forward. The only thing that is debatable is the fit of the buds. Even when I’m sitting and listening to music they fall out of my ear. So I didn’t try to run with these buds, because I’m scared to lose them. Even the smaller or bigger ones doesn’t fit, so it means the quality is good, but they don’t fit in my ears. That’s a pitty.
