No instructions how to hook up.
I spent 2 days researching how to hook up the monitor and camera there was diagram. For video but little instruction on sound and camera. Sound was easy after driving 25 miles to get a cord which should have come with it. The camera cable was unmarked and no diagram what it was for. I learn you just don't plug in cords cause they fit things have a tendency to catch on fire or go pop. But I figured it out . You ai was worthless. But it works now wife is happy and thats all that matters. I was a tee shirt xl.

Camera doesn't work
I bought this model because it had a built in camera, only to find thar there was no driver for the camera. I tried the manufacturers website and they had no driver available and no instructions on how to get the camera to work.

I very much like the monitor, but I can't get the integrated web cam to work and every time I try to download the driver from the Asus site, it says there's a corruption.

Almost perfect
Received it in good condition, unboxed it, assembled the base, plugged it in, and it just worked fine, and looks great. Good number of inputs, and seems to be built well. The base attachment seems a bit weak, but ok I guess for what it is. Very practical monitor for all business, and even gaming.

Very reliable, great quality
I've had ASUS monitors for years and they are of the best quality. I needed two monitors for my computer and decided to go with this model with a webcam. It sits next to my 10-year-old model. I gave it 4 stars because the only instructions were a small illustrated brochure and I had to search the internet for in-depth information.

I am amazed how clear this monitor is. I could not ask for a better monitor. Buying this monitor was affordable within my budget. I figured it would cost a lot more with the webcam, but I am not complaining. I would buy it again for sure.

ASUS BE24EQK Business Monitor fully satisfies my needs, providing excellent video and audio. The camera is adjustable and has the ability to be covered with the slide of a switch. The clarity is above expectations. The monitor is affordable and highly recommended.

ASUS BE24EQK Monitor with web cam
I had a monitor with an external web cam that I just could not get adjusted to suit me. The color always looked off or the screen too sharp. The ASUS BE24EQK provides a nice clear picture and adjusts quite nicely. It did require a driver download on my Dell computer.

Excellent Display
I decided to get a 3rd monitor for work, and this one really outshines my other 2 monitors by leaps and bounds. Super clear picture, and the built in webcam with a built in cover (no embarrassing zoom moments) is a nice touch.
