The appearance gives a healthy brownie that stills want to have fun Packaging is lowkey cool , aesthetic also those fit in. Aroma is actually one of the best parts , cocoa , oat , little brownie cookie vibe The portion is where the nailed it , it is filling enough that feels like a real snack , not two bites and disappointment. It is super satisfying as you get chocolate flavor , chewy texture, crunch seeds , hearty feel from grains .

Seems more like a healthy granola bar

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pretty excited to try these organic snack bars. I love a good brownie, and I enjoy most of Dave's Killer Bread products. Unfortunately, these bars are giving gritty granola bar more than they are brownie. The flavor isn't terrible, but not what I was expecting from a "brownie" at all. The texture leaves a lot to be desired, as they are kind of gritty. The package says they are "made with killer taste and texture," and I am not getting that at all from these. I love that there's no high fructose cirn syrup, artificial preservatives, or artificial ingredients. They're organic and non-GMO, high in fiber and low-ish in sugar.

It comes 4 single packs inside of the box, they have a rich chocolate brownie flavor, but I love that they’re not overly sweet like some snacks bars can be. They’re filling, convenient, and perfect for a quick snack when I’m busy or need something on the go. The texture is hearty and satisfying. This snack is tasty and it feels a lot more balanced . Definitely worth trying.

Not bad but not great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These cocoa brownie blitz bars are fine. Not bad, not great, just fine. I’ll eat it if it’s there but I won’t go out of my way for it. The texture is dense and chewy rather than like a fudgy brownie. Then there are these weird crunchy bits from the seeds and the chocolate chips. I couldn’t get past the texture of the seeds mixed in. Flavor wise the cocoa is there but not quite as rich as a regular old brownie which was fine. It’s definitely a more responsible dessert vs. a treat yo self. I was really surprised by the Yuka score though. For something marketed as wholesome and on the healthy side, I expected it to score much higher. I do have respect for the brand and I love the whole backstory of Dave and the 15 year prison sentence turning into a second chance is very powerful. It adds a layer or meaning that makes you want to reach for the product with the message of redemption and how almost everyone (except predators!) have greatness inside them. Decent grab and go but don’t go in expecting a real brownie.

Steep in calories but SO GOOD

They’re easy enough to pop in your purse for convenience and pair excellently with a banana. I was worried they would taste too oat like or grainy but not at all, they have such a good balance with strong chocolate taste, my fav!

Delicious snack bar

This snack bar had neither! The texture was equivalent to biting into a cakey oatmeal cookie and the flavor was sufficiently sweet and chocolatey. The Coaca Brownie Blitz is my new favorite snack, it is soft and tastes like a home made brownie with oats. It was quite filling for a mid afternoon snack. My only complaint is that the box only has 4 of them inside, if I was purchasing on my own I would be disappointed; at least 6 would be nice.

“Healthy” junk food

Outside of the chocolate chunks they definitely had a drier texture and you will for sure have seeds stuck in your teeth. These could be a good option for a child’s lunchbox dessert or snack to get them their whole grains, as an adult however, there are better options. Besides the 16g of whole grains and “cleaner” ingredients, there is really no other significant nutritional value. I like this brand and will continue to buy some of their products, but these just didn’t do it for me.

Tasty but...

Both high in oxalate content and as a kidney stone former (and chocolate, can't have a lot of) it was a no go for me. Had a tiny bite just to taste but my partner is the one eating them. We both agree that it has a good taste and that it's a bit on the dry side. But the chocolate is good, chocolate chunks are inconsistent. Some bars have a lot and others not so much. It's just sweet enough. I'd buy them for my partner but won't be buying them for myself. I was sent this product for free from both Influenster and Dave's Killer Bread in exchange for my honest review.
