I got this so my child could read along with the book, which we already had. The narrator is great, but I personally find the voice he puts on for Violet to be exceptionally grating. In all fairness, the character isn’t meant to be a likable one, so it’s just my personal preference. I wish they had a Tonie for the sequel.

My 7 year old said she was even surprised at how much she enjoyed this Toni! Great and fun story telling!

So far this Tonie has been a success. We haven't listened to the entire thing but what we have has been great. The sound quality is nice.

The story is long, so that’s appreciated and worth the money for sure. The voices are engaging. It’s a fun story, for both 10yo boy and 3yo girl.

Our two grandsons love the Tonie and stories we gave to them. The love to listen to some of their favorite stories while playing together with their toys. Their mom and dad love it, too!

My son loves all things Wonka! He is still a bit young to read the amazing book by Rahld Dahl, but he has listened to thus tonie at bedtime for several days now and is loving it!

Great audio book of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory! My daughter, husband and I would listed to the story while having our meals.

The Charlie Tonie was for our little one because she loooooooves the music and singing! However, the Charlie Tonie has none of that on it. It’s all reading and doesn’t match the movies at all. Very disappointing :(

My daughter had listened to this one non stop, since she got it!!

My kids have listened to it non stop since we got it. Exactly what we were expecting and so much more!

My five year old loves it! She listens to it most nights before bed and then will bring it to breakfast. The narrator is fabulous! I’d highly recommend!

I have to admit that I enjoy listening to our Tonies as much as my grandsons do! I look forward to the wonderful narrations and sharing old favorites with my boys!

My older grandson loves Ronald Dahl so he listens to the new TONIES constantly. It’s lovely to hear them read. They come to life

My daughter says this is the best Tonie yet. I wish you would make more like this. My daughter is 7 and she can read along with the book. Great way to help her reading skills.

My children of ages 13, 9, and 3 were all enthralled. This was my favorite author when I was their age.

Great sound and story

We have purchased a LOT of Tonies and so far have loved them all, including this one. I try not to encourage too much screen time and these are wonderful to avoid that. I give them as rewards after filling up the “good deeds box (like a sticker chart but with little puff balls”) Tonies went up in price a little so I usually wait to get them on sale, but we love them! We also purchased the castle shelf. I wish there were additional shelves without the hole for the Tonie box because we ran out of room! We’ve been putting them in a Tonies bag, but I’d buy another shelf if I could figure out a way to cover the hole with a magnet. Thank you for making such a fun product for kids! ❤️

My 8 year old loves this tonie. I’m so glad they offer longer stories for older children to still get to enjoy their tonies.
