I was so excited to get this for my son for his birthday however, when we received it and blew it up for the first time, it was unable to hold air. I was so disappointed so I decided to call customer service and wow, very impressed! They were extremely prompt with their response, very apologetic, and is sending a replacement. They also sent some troubleshooting in information as well. Our neighbor has one as well and has had no issues with theirs. Customer service is top notch, you can’t go wrong!

This purchase was very disappointing. It lost inflation over 2 days. I purchased it for the glow in the dark feature. It did not glow at all. The concept is good but the ball did not meet expectations or what was featured in the description. Also, at the time of purchase all inflatables were to be 25% off via Target circle. The cashier said it did not qualify - it is an inflatable and is in the sporting goods section. It was a birthday gift that did not meet expectations.

Every child needs this ball!
I have a wild three year old, who sits on it and it has yet to bust, follow the instructions and don't overfill, We've had it for two months, day one lost the straw that came with it, any straw will do, I've put a bit more air in it probably once a month. We have kicked and hit this thing all over the house. It's bounced into the TV a couple times no problem.

Any baby who's a solid sitter all the way up to teens will totally love this ball. Honestly, any human would. It's super satisfying the way it sounds when you tap it and how long it stays up in the air. Plus, it's impossible to hurt yourself no matter how hard you throw it 'cause it's so light.
