Q: What age is this system suitable for? Can a 2yr old and 4yr old play games on this device?
A: We recommend 5 and up. For 3 and 4 years old, they will be able to enjoy a bigger variety of the games if a grown-up or older sibling play with them.

Q: Do you need a cube for each person or can multiple people play with one unit?
A: It appears the cube’s wide angle camera will pick up to 4 players.

Q: Once you purchase the annual pass, can you download your favorite games? Will the games expire when your pass expires? Or will everything you download still be there after pass expiration?
A: I have one and you don’t download the games. You more so access them, so in that regard, I expect if you discontinue the subscription, you no longer have access to the games in the subscription. I find it worth it and now everyone in our extended family wants one, but they’re sold out everywhere.

Q: Would this be fun for teenagers? Or is it more for younger kids?
A: My teenagers enjoy playing and all the adults that have played enjoy it as well. It is surprisingly fun!

A: Hi! Each game varies on the amount of players it can allow at one time. The cube comes with 5 games and you can buy a yearly subscription that gives you the rest of their catalog. Some games are 1 player, some are up to 2, and some are up to 4. It varies from game to game.

Q: Will this work with 220v? Or only 110v?
A: Yes, Nex Playground works with both 110v and 220v, no voltage converted is required, so you can bring it on a vacaton. You might need a travel adapter, depending on your destination.

Q: Do games already come uploaded into it and/or can you purchase different games and from where?
A: It comes preloaded with a few games, but with the subscription allows you to have the full library. They are constantly adding games and it does not require you download them. They are automatically added to your library once they are available.

Q: If I buy 2 separate systems can I share one subscription with the same email address? (My child has one at home, but I’d like to buy one to keep at her grandmother’s house)
A: Yes, one Play Pass can be shared on up to two Nex Playgrounds under the same account (email address).
