    Not only do I love their products—the cologne smells amazing without being overpowering, the deodorant actually lasts all day, and the lotion leaves my skin feeling soft without being greasy—but their customer service truly went above and beyond. I accidentally entered an old address when placing my order, which was completely my mistake. I reached out expecting maybe a partial solution at best, but they surprised me by replacing my entire package at no cost. That level of care and understanding is rare these days. It’s one thing to have great products, but it’s another to stand behind them with such outstanding customer support. Tone has definitely earned a loyal customer in me!

    Fresh is too overpowering

    I picked up the TONE Fresh scent because I wanted something light, but I really don't like it. The smell is very strong and unnatural, honestly, it reminds me of old-school body sprays rather than a premium scent. The bottle is a nice size for travel, but I won't be using this. Can't speak for the other scents, but I would skip Fresh.
