NEVER ordering from Target again!
Ordered 2 sets of creepros from Target for the first time, the first box came with STICKERS ON ALL OF MY BOXES. My first shipment is entirely ruined as an out of box collector. Then my second shipment gets "redelivered". After speaking with a support agent and being told it'll arrive in a few days, that same agent ENDED CHAT AND IMMEDIATELY CANCELLED MY ORDER. I have the entire chat transcript proving this was all done without my consent and another agent basically told me there was nothing that could've been done. Thanks for ruining everything, Target! You've destroyed what I got and made me lose my favorite character who has now sold out and tripled in price! Definitely never using this ever again <3

Box was absolutely terrible condition. Every single corner is tattered and the top was OPENED. I have never received a doll in this bad of condition THAT IS BRAND NEW. I ordered a very similar one months ago and it was in a box. This doll was in a BAG and it absolutely destroyed the box the doll came in which is why I bought it in the first place. I would like a replacement. This is absolutely unacceptable.

The doll itself is very beautiful and looks extremely similar to the original but unfortunately my box came damaged. I contacted mattel and they refused to send me a replacement since they only cover factory product mistakes and not packaging damages.
