Have the most comfortable period of your life®.

HOW TO USE:
STEP 1: PINCH YOUR DISC
First, wash your hands. Pinch the disc in half (it may look big, but once pinched it’s about the size of a tampon).

STEP 2: GET READY TO INSERT
Take a breath and relax! Get into a comfortable position—you can try sitting on the toilet, squatting with your legs open, or standing with one leg up.

STEP 3: INSERT THE DISC
Insert the pinched disc down and back towards your tailbone as far back as it will comfortably go. Then, tuck the front rim of the disc up behind your pubic bone.

STEP 4: 12-HOUR WEAR
Experience freedom. Do everything you love to do when you're not on your period—swim, sleep, squat, study, or summit. Heavy flow? No problem. Flex Discs can self-empty when you pee. This means you'll never have to walk around with a full disc all day. After you pee or poo, use a clean finger to simply tuck the disc back into place and you're set for the remainder of your 12-hour wear.

*Please follow the full Instructions for Use within the box prior to use.

**Note: Flex Discs (one-time use discs) are conveniently disposable (like pads & tampons) and cannot be reused.

Warning: Single-use only. Flex Disc is not birth control nor does it protect against sexually transmitted infections (STIs). Do not use if you have ever had TSS. Before using, please read instructions for use.

Q: Do you take out the disc when you go to the bathroom to go pee amd poo?

submitted by Lita - 1 month ago
  • A: Hi Lita - Great question! There is no need to remove your disc when you go to the bathroom. That said, when you actively & intentionally bear down on your pelvic floor muscles like you do when you poop, or when you relax those muscles to pee, your disc will shift forward slightly and empty out into the toilet. When you're done using the restroom, you'll just want to use a clean finger to push the disc back into place behind your pubic bone - then you should be good to go for the rest of your 12-hour wear. Easy peasy!

Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never used a menstrual cup or disc, and was initially worried about how I would like it. This was so easy to use and makes having your period a little bit easier to manage and deal with. I had no issues putting it in or taking it out.

Not for me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a complimentary Flex Disc in exchange for my honest review. It wasn’t for me. It’s is not a bad product but I wouldn’t try it again. I felt nervous I didn’t insert it in correctly. I couldn’t feel the product one it. It was strange putting it in.

Wouldd not recommend for heavy flow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Don’t work well for heavy flow and are difficult to put in would not recommend. It is lightweight though. Unsure of the healthy benefits of putting plastic though. I

Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super excited to use these! They seem really easy to use and functional. I hate going through tampons quickly and worrying about how long they’ve been in, this solves so many problems. The material seems durable and comfortable to wear.

Menstrual disc first timer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was a little difficult to use for me since you have to really relax your pelvic muscles and it was my first time. The material of the cup was flexible and pliable.

Not for me, but great concept!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always been curious about menstrual cups so I was eager to see what the hype was all about. I have a lighter flow so I don’t find it particularly useful for my lifestyle, but I can see this working well for other women!

Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not always a big fan of disks (also not a fan of other methods either LOL) but these work great! Wish they weren’t messy getting out. But they don’t leak, hold well throughout the day. Not uncomfortable.

Lightweight and easy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first time using a period disc. It was easy to use as it’s super lightweight and comfortable. The material is flexible and sturdy. Was able to wear it for 8 hours before having to change it. Removing was easy as well. I prefer the disc than a tampon.

Good idea

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the idea of these. They were light and felt like you didn't have anything in. The problems I had are placing them in so they didn't leak and taking them out without it being messy. I think there is definitely a learning curve.

Hard to get use to

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The packaging of this is great. Come with 6 individual cups. My first time using cups on my cycle and overall not so bad. The rings are a lot bigger than I imagined and very sturdy. However trying to bend it while pushing up past the suggested area was pretty tough. Very easy to carry around but changing them out in public was a nightmare. Everything coming down at once, I have not had my period blood on my hands as much as with this.

Great Tampon Alternative

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First time opening the Flex Disc it was a little intimidating, but it was pretty easy to use. You squeeze and insert. Once it was insert properly, I couldn’t feel it at all. My flow is moderate and the disc held up for about 8 hours of protection. What I didn’t like was the removal process was messy. If your out in public and need to change it, I’d recommend using a bathroom with a sink inside the stall. I’m not sure if I would purchase these only for that reason since I’m always out.

Stress free periods

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried using the flex period discs for the very first time and it was a very interesting experience. I have been a long-term user of the diva cup and thought this would be a very easy and mess free alternative. The period disc took a minute to figure out how to actually use. Removal was easy, although pretty messy. I really loved that the company was female founded and was focused on supporting women’s health. It offers 12 hours of comfort where and once it was inserted you really didn’t feel it. If you’re looking for a safer and healthier alternative for period protection, I would definitely recommend trying this.
