sneaky business practices

I made my first order with a promo. Apparently through the process it signed me up for auto ship. I'm normally careful about this but must have missed it this time. Sneaky business practice. They had a change to earn my business and blew it. All the major retailers with auto ship send out a notice days in advance in case you want to modify or cancel the auto ship. Auto ship without notice is a marketing ploy to push extra sales. They had a chance to earn me as a customer and blew it.

The ingredients are terrible and unhealthy for your body. Also, the “100-hour sweat and odor control” claim is completely inaccurate. It barely works for more than 4 hours.

Defective packaging - unusable

Unfortunately the knob on this deodorant does not work so you cannot get the deodorant out to use it. It does not turn at all. I'm not sure if this was a fluke or if the packaging has issues in general but I didn't realize it was broken until I was out of town. So make sure you check before leaving on any trip with this travel deodorant. It also looked like it may have been bought and returned because there was no seal on the deodorant when I got it either. Overall a huge disappointment. The only positive is that it did smell good from what I could tell.
