Listen to the other bad reviews. This product is pretty bad as a true whitening system or kit.
The instructions are way too basic and did not answer all of my concerns before and during the use of this product.
For example, what should be done with all the saliva (spit) that accumulates during the 25 minute tray process?
There is so much saliva, and it felt so gross that i almost wanted to throw up. Can i spit it out? Is it safe if i accidentally swallow some?
The trays get very sticky after 25 minutes that it felt like I would pull a tooth out or something.
Followed the instructions 100%. Barely noticed any difference in the shade of my teeth.
They looked more like I did a deeper cleaning than just regular brushing.
I thoroughly flossed, cleaned with mouth wash, and brushed my teeth before starting.
The results are certainly not 3-6 months worthy, as the box states to reuse again in that time.
I think this might be an OK idea only for really resent surface stains, like you went wine tasting,
or drank a lot of coffee during a vacation or something.
But definitely not for actually permanently whitening your teeth and expecting better results.
If you have not used a better or longer whitening system do not start with this one.
maybe try it as a supplemental whitening after finishing a 2 week or 4 week kit.
The cheapo whitening kits from my local dollar store gave me almost the same results.
Cleaner teeth but not necessarily whiter.
